First class service to fix my blocked…
First class service to fix my blocked drain problem. The engineer, Spenser, was polite, efficient & his general demeanour exuded confidence. Problem was an invading tree root which backed up the sewage line all the way to the road. Within 30 mins that was all gone, including photographic evidence of his skill & knowledge.

No fuss, no hassle. Rang at 10am engineers arrived around 12:30 same day and sorted the problem in under two hours. Professional, kept me in the loop as they tried to figure out where the blockage was. Excellent service.

The engineers showed up when promised…
The engineers showed up when promised and really took their time to answer my million questions about the issue, the drainage and completed the job efficiently and professionally. Very pleasant experience and left no stone unturned. Please do pass this onto the engineer if possible as he was truly a credit to the company.

Drainage issue
The lady on the phone was lovely and helpful. The engineers came out the same day and were extremely thorough and were happy to answer any questions I had. Total peace of mind and I highly recommend them.

Great comms, expectations in all respects very well managed. Outcome undoubtedly a vast improvement, if not wholesale success. But nothing else could have been done at the time, so no reflection on excellent, customer-friendly service.

Jo arrived on the dot
Jo arrived on the dot. He was polite yet friendly. He spent some time trying to solve the problem with a simple plunger before bringing out the big guns and blasting the hair blockage into outer space!! Way to go. Jo! Having resolved the problem he left the bathroom in an immaculate condition, almost like brand new, closing the front door with a quiet "'bye". Thank you so much, Jo. Thus ended 12 months of worry as to whether I could afford it or not, and is there anyone who can fix it?

Just not fair and reasonabl
1. Failed to mention possibility of an extra £144 needed for two men on very small job. Only amended after intervention of builders
2.Exaggerated time on site - saying they arrived before they did and saying they left after they did. Not amending the £84 overcharge!
3. Leaving the site with drainpipe leaking and without fixing it back to wall -
all made worse by not advising they had done so. Had to get builders to make good.
