Excellent work to clear a complex drain
The work required was to clear a complex drain of the water from our gutter. The work undertaken by Dyno-Rod's technician was first rate. He was polite and helpful, understood the complexities well and did an excellent job. The complexities were such that another visit is required with more complex equipment and he explained the reasoning behind this well. Excellent all round.

Fantastic Service.
Rhys - the Dyno-Rod engineer who visited our home to fix a leaking radiator valve was excellent. He was so kind and gracious. Very prompt and polite. His service was simply brilliant. He even took the time to ring British Gas to see if he could get someone to fix our Hive Thermostat as the dial is temperamental and disconnecting. Me and my family just want to put it out there just how fantastic his customer service was/is.

We had a major blockage in our toilet…
We had a major blockage in our toilet and the main downpipe — and our insurance company was absolutely useless. So we called Dyno-Rod directly instead.
They called back within minutes. Polite, helpful, and said someone would be on their way straight away.
We were met by Daniel from the Norwich branch — and he was absolutely fantastic. It was a really difficult blockage to shift, and he worked incredibly hard in some terrible heat, absolutely determined to get it done properly. We paid a little extra because it took longer than expected — but every penny was worth it.
Daniel was polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about sorting the problem. The company reacted fast, turned up when they said they would, and got the job done right.
I would highly recommend Dyno-Rod — and especially Daniel — to anyone. Excellent service from start to finish.

They can ring correct customer. Yet again the engineer is ringing me. This is about the third or fourth time and you cannot sort this out.

Booked dyno rod as part of our british gas home care cover to find a blockage which had been effecting our boiler on and off for years. Bradley attended the following morning, was very thorough, very professional and dealt with the problem better than anyone had previously.

Sewage problem.Our toilet appeared blocked as air…
Our toilet appeared blocked as air burps came up the sink when we flushed the toilet. Called DynoRod and they came in a couple of hours, sorted the problem and were very nice, helpful and cheery. They also spoke to our neighbour to give info as shared drains. Highly recommended service 😊. Many thanks 😊
