Very clear what the price would be and when the visit would happen. Engineer was very friendly and efficient.

The gentleman was very efficient, polite and personable. He had the issue cleared in no time at all.

Had I not have to await an appointment for over ten days my review would be a five, no question.

Simon attending within a few hours and unblocked the drain and thoroughly cleaned it. Great bloke with excellent communication. He did an amazing job. Highly skilled bloke. Would highly recommend Simon.

Macauley was incredible. He tried every which way to unblock the toilet. He was here two hours and checked every drain possible. Lovely lad and friendly too.

I think they were a bit busy and didn't get to me on the first time. Not an issue really. Communicated well and organised a suitable second time.

Guy that came was very personable and efficient. Did the job well and cleaned up after himself.

Over the phone, Dynorod offered me a same-day appointment today, 21 Nov, by 1pm, for an emergency sewerage unblock. I called at 1pm to find out why they hadn't shown. Dynorod told me that nobody was available until 26 Nov. Had the company made this clear at the time of making the booking, I would have found someone else. Now I can only get the job done tomorrow. At least I saved £100 on the cost, since Dynorod charge £180 for what others can do for £50-80. The excuse given was that the company prioritises British Gas customers, and they had to come first. So, if you're not a British Gas customer, maybe you'd be better off calling someone else.

Great engineers and Dyno -rod kept me informed of when they would arrive. Blocked drain quickly sorted and engineer friendly and informative.

I contacted the North West office. They kept me informed of when the engineer would arrive. The engineers were prompt, efficient and helpful. They put in a new drain for me, and left the site immaculate. Good customer service and workmanship. The male engineers didn't treat me like a stupid female.

The worker was professional and friendly, sorted issue straight away.

The guy that came out was polite, helpful and tried to understand the issue, after investigating the problem it was determined that a saniflow had failed and as such he was not able to fix it.

The telephone agents were efficient and helpful, they arranged an urgent call out and their operative rang about 20 minutes before his arrival; he was such a pleasant and polite young man. He figured out the problem right away and fixed it quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Good enough unblocked my drain dispite issues with drain experts pipe bursting gave free camera serve due to this . Did suggest follow up action with lay 4 meters of resin pipe but never got to find out quote for this to see I'd I wanted do follow up action . The man was good but follow up action from office could be better.
