The guy that came was brilliant. Rang me when he was an hour away. Was very knowledgable - cleared the blocked drain which is inherited from moving in here only 8 weeks ago.

He arrived at the house at the time he said. He was professional in doing the job. He sorted the problem out efficiently. I give him 10 out of 10.

Booked online, very easy. Someone rang to confirm time. Engineer rang giving 30 minute arrival. Arrived on time. Very professional, polite. Resolved my issue explaining all the time. Sorted very quickly and give tips on avoiding in the future. Would definitely use them again.

Gentlemen explained the issue this was dealt with effectively very much put my mind at ease, would definitely recommend Dyno-Rod

You’ll see my other reviews are very positive. I try to be fair when I write a review and look for something positive, where I can find it. Impossible this time. They couldn’t fix the problem, did precisely nothing, but charged the full fee. It’s my own fault for using a national company, but I was in a rush and came across Dyno/Rod’s number first. Go local and independent and you get someone who wants to help. I look forward to any response to this review which I’m sure will be of no real substance, bit like their standard of work. Just hope I don’t get charged extra, because charging is the one thing they’re very good at!
The good news is I’ve now used a local firm and they had a completely different approach and have fixed the problem straightaway without any fuss. Lesson learned.

Would give 0 if possible. Will not fix shared pipes, but will only tell you after charging you. Ripoff.

Phoned at 16.45 on a Saturday, engineer rang 17.30 saying they'd be here in an hour. They were, pleasant chap, listened to my explanation of the drain blockage then efficiently dealt with it. I may have been lucky with the timing as I'm in the Lake District and the engineer was dealing with another nearby call.

Thanks Callum for sorting out our blocked drain in such a timely and pleasant manner. A credit to the company and a job well done!
