Great customer service. Very helpful and professional. Came when they said and carried out the work quickly and effectively. Offered future advice to prevent further blockages.

Rang just after 8am engineers arrived at 10 30 drain cleared within 20 minutes excellent service two great guys very polite

Ive taken too long to write this review so have forgotten the date but it was late Oct 25.
I didn't want to just let the review slide as the service was exemplary.
I was really worried and anxious but when Wayne arrived, he was reassuring and and just got straight on with the job. He was extremely thorough and determined to find the problem. He went way above and beyond duty to find a solution and of course he did.
He is an asset to Dyno rod and a thoughtful and professional workman. He made an awful experience far less stressful for me and I can't thank him enough.

Speedy efficient service would recommend

Had a problem with my external drains for a while, HomeServe previously came out, couldn’t access the drain & refused to help any further. Wayne came out & refused to be beaten by it, a coffee later access was gained & the blockage was cleared within minutes. Great service & great guy!

I had a blocked upstairs toilet, the service was quick, friendly and cheaper than other service providers which I was pleasantly surprised about. The engineer made sure that everything was sorted before he left and explained what the issue was so that I could try to avoid a future issue. 10/10

Fantastic service. The operative (apologies, I don’t remember his name) provided clear updates as to when he was going to arrive and what work he was going to undertake at my house. He went above and beyond the original scope of work and cleaned up before he left.

Needed emergency call out for blocked sewage pipe. Excellent service. Engineer was excellent. Great communication. Very efficient and friendly. Would certainly recommend.

This is probably the best review I have ever written. I was visited by Wayne from Dyno rod North East. We had badly blocked drains. The issue was resolved efficiently and quickly but the main thing was his manner. He was super helpful. I think he helped much more than others would have. I have had many tradesmen visit but none have ever been as helpful. Cheers

Arrived within the timescale quoted. Quickly identified the problem with the kitchen tap and carried out the remedial work needed. Polite and professional at all times.

Great service, arrived early and meet all expectations

Andy turned up to find and repair my water leak and began by cutting away part of the hall ceiling to find the issue. He was a really nice bloke who is very good at his job and a credit to Dyno rod. Due to needing more parts he quickly went of to get them so he could finish the job and restore our heating and hot water. He also needed some assistance with the repair and arranged for James to turn up and assist him. Another really nice bloke who cracked straight on with the job in hand and is also a credit to Dyno rod.
Both lads were very positive and really wanted to do a good job which is a rarely the case these days. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend Dyno rod especially if you get Andy or James to do your emergency repair. Thanks lads 👏🏻

Good service but problem is he’s Left a trail of dirty tissue and residue all on the top of the drive. Only saw after he left as I’m disabled and couldn’t go to check until it had dried. For the price of it and for hygiene reasons no residue should have been left behind.

I booked Dyno-Rod on line yesterday for one of there engineers to come out today to unblock our downstairs toilet as my wife snapped a toilet brush head and was lodged in the u-bend Wayne turned up and proceeded to asses the problem using his camera system and a rod plunger after 20 mins he flushed it out and showed me the snapped brush head and now toilet operates as it should I would recommend if you cannot unblock it yourself call these out. And when he finished he said he was ex Army so was great to meet a fellow veteran and knew a few of my mates who had served. Once again cheers Wayne B for your swift work 🇬🇧

Rang on the Monday afternoon and the guy turned out Tuesday morning at the time stated. Blocked drain sorted by John, all done and cleaned up within a hour. Great service by John, would definitely recommend.
