Professional, efficient service.

They responded quickly and quoted for extensive damage to our drainage system. Everything was explained clearly and I was shown the camera operating to illustrate where the damage is. Rob was prepared to work late into the evening which was appreciated.

Had a blocked drain, the office were very efficient, engineer Kieran called to let us know he was on his way. Kieran was very professional and efficient, he showed me the issue on the camera. He tried to call a supervisor for advice about the drain issue but got no answer, it was Saturday but one should have been available. He got advice from a colleague in the end. My issue needs more work but Kieran did a good job of removing all he could. Would not hesitate to call again. Thank you Kieran for all your hard work.

Great service. Engineer was very helpful and thorough, quickly sorted out our blocked drain and gave us good advice for maintaining it.

Found my man hole overflowing and full of nasties on the bank holiday, called the office and was answered and quoted quickly.
Kieran then followed up with a call advising when he’d be arriving.
He turned up as advised, was very helpful and professional throughout explaining everything along the way.
He showed me the camera view afterwards to show the pipes were all clear. Wouldn’t hesitate to call again, thank you Kieran :)

Very helpful and knowledgeable chap, took his time and did a thorough job of sorting our drains out. Gave us useful advice to avoid future issues. Excellent all round.

I had a collapsed toilet waste drain. Rob was so upbeat and positive made a horrible day enjoyable with his expert knowledge and positivity.. very interesting..travelled all the way from Mablethorpe to Hornsea.. unblocked and cleaned the downpipe and blockage at the site of collapsed bend, a smelly horrible job, left it clean n tidy and the price was fine too. Thanks Dyno-rod.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish...very responsive and courteous .
Had major problem with original manhole and toilet outlet plus wood stuck in outlet.
Firstly did full inspection using camera , identified the problems and dealt with blockage ....then retrieved wood...I can stop panicking now ...thanks Kieran and Dyno-Rod

Rob from Dyno-Rod was fully understanding of our issue relating to a blocked pipe that was to drain the surface water from our dyke. He went to great lengths to determine the route of the drain pipe and, due to the length of the pipe, was able to assure us the blockage or collapse could be anywhere along the 800 metres. Rob gave us a simple solution to resolve the issue which we are now exploring.

Arrived on time, completed the necessary work, explained what had caused the problem, supplied a quote for work recommended to ensure problem does not occur again, altogether professional and friendly. I couldn’t ask for more

All staff were friendly and helpful. Someone came out within hours and sorted the problem straight away.
