Excellent service. Very politely professional young man sorted problem. Plastic toilet freshener had fallen in and blocked toilet.

Prompt Service, phoned the evening before and we could’ve had emergency call out - but wasn’t needed. I.e. important but not urgent. A text followed my phone call, and a fabulous technician called Rob arrived early the following morning. Sorted the blocked drain , showed us through the camera the problem, and gave advice. Highly recommend these people, they are experts at what they do .

The prompt service was excellent, I think the technician was called Simon, he phoned almost immediately after I’d booked the call to confirm he was on his way. On arrival he promptly assessed the situation and removed the blockage. He was extremely efficient and polite. We would certainly recommend. Thank you for your prompt service

If I could give, I think his name was Kieran, 10 ticks/ stars I would. Straight away I felt comfortable and at ease with him. He was very kind, knowledgeable, efficient and he gave me some good advice on how to improve my toilet set up. 100% a lovely chap and a credit to your company.

What a fantastic service, called and they got someone out straight away, communication was excellent and we had the most amazing man over here in Lincolnshire to explain every step of the investigation of finding our blockage.

We had a severely blocked drain if fact two! We rang Dyno-Rod on the emergency number and within 15 minutes we had received a call back from an engineer. Alex the young man that came out to our property was extremely helpful polite and professional. He was determined to get to the bottom of the problem for us and he did! Fantastic quick and professional experience from start to finish at a very reasonable price with the call out being on a Sunday too! Happy, happy customers. ☺️

Expert Service resolved the problem very quickly

One of our drains, in the garden,was overflowing each time we used the shower. We rang Dyno rod on the Thursday, they came promptly the following day. The person attending was very polite, efficient and sorted a blockage in the drain, within 40 mins. He explained the problem and showed me before and after pictures. Would recommend Dyno rods, services.

Alex came to do a clean up after the first job he attended at our property, we requested him to come and do it as he was so professional the first time and made us feel very comfortable. He did a very good job. Thank you again Alex!

We’ve had an issue with tree roots. On the first call, he tried to do everything to find the man hole cover and sort the problem for us but unfortunately it needed a bigger machine to cut out the root. So our second visit was today with two engineers and everything is now clear and advice has been given for future investigation. We’d certainly use again!

We are in a different part of the country so everything was done by telephone. The young man (Alex)who came out today, phoned before he went to property and again when finished. He was polite and friendly.

I rang dyno rod after a local plumber could not unclog a bathroom and sink at my parents house, leaving it an absolute state.

Within a day of calling, Alex attended the property first thing and clogged everything within 30 minutes and have everything clear. Was patient with my elderly parents trying to explain the problem to him. Very impressed with the young Lad. He is a credit to your company.

Robert turned up as stated to clear blocked kitchen and bathroom sinks at my property in Newark. He was very friendly, courteous and explained what he was doing at all times. I was very happy with the service he provided and the manner which he conducted himself. A job well done and a satisfied customer

Kieran was a great example for the company. Polite, worked hard and a good ambassador. Despite the fault being beyond the company’s capability he contacted the authorities on our behalf and handled things well.
