The engineer did a fine job but I was not happy paying £180.00 for 20 minutes work. For this reason I would be apprehensive about using this company again

Rob is very pleasant but it’s a lot of money to pay for him carrying a wet & dry vax & his colleague carrying a plunger into the house then telling me they cannot sort out the problem & it will cost me a fortune to get it sorted out but not sure when!

Rob updated me on his eta and carried out the drainage job professionally, speedily and efficiently. Thank you for a job well done - what a relief!

Fantastic support from Dyno-Rod. By the time they came to the house our blockage had actually gone, however the advice given to us was so helpful in relation to preventing further blockages.

The dyno rod understood my personal circumstances and arranged a visit as soon as they could. Onsite he explained everything, cleared the blockage and cleaned up.Could not ask for more

Admin error led to cancellation of original appointment cancelled without notice , which was discovered when l rang the office .
Next day visit arranged, engineer (Danny ) rang to confirm arrival time , he provided a prompt ,friendly, efficient and informative service, providing quote for drain run repairs .. most impressed .

Absolutely brilliant service, came out promptly and persevered when the problem was difficult to resolve, Danny diagnosed the problem which had been going on for a while, using experienced methods and was professional and friendly, excellent!

Tech was awesome, but his kit was less than impressive ie not operational! But they fixed my issue and I’m happy

Martin was awesome. He rang ahead of time to let us know he was coming. And even though the situation was not as simple as expected, he skilfully solved our issue and charged us what had been quoted initially!

I can't praise them enough for all their help they've given us in the past couple of days when we've had to deal with a local water Co and the time they've taken to help me resolve the situation.
And to their engineers who came out to fix our blocked drains.

Matt solved the problem in less than a minute. Severn Trent had been unable to do so. Friendly and ultra efficient, particularly on Christmas Day!
