What an amazing service.
Contacted Dyno-Rod and the process for booking a site visit was simple and very efficient. Appointment arranged within a few days on making contact with the booking team.
Communication up to the appointment was excellent and even had a call from Danny who was attending site prior to the appointment to confirm what time he would be on site.
Danny is an absolute credit to Dyno-Rod, such a lovely person and was very approachable. He carried out the work which included a visit to the next door neighbour to gain access to the drains. He was very knowledgeable and was always happy to talk about what he was doing.
Would definitely recommend Dyno-Rod and for a job well done.

We have a problem with a drain which appeared to be broken underground. The technician arrived within the hour and used a camera to locate the problem. He then flushed the drain and proposed a course of action to repair the drain. We are most grateful for his help and professionalism .

The engineer Chris, was on time and called me when he was half an hour away.
He did a very good and thorough job and was professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Dynorod to anyone.

Amazing service. They came with all the sophisticated equipment needed and solved the problem for a reasonable price. They communicated well and explained me precisely what the problem was and what probably caused it. Highly recommended!

Danny rang before coming to my mom's house, got straight to work and explained what he planned to do to clear the blocked foul pipes which were pretty well blocked up. Danny did a great job and was very thorough through out the job, thanks Danny job well done.

Danny was friendly and very experienced. He worked hard to clear the blockage and was able to eventually clear the drain. After having lots of quotes where companies charge per half hour for labour and another cost per half hour for rodding and jetting, with no indication of how long it will take, it was a breath of fresh air (literally) to have a company quote a fixed price for the work, no matter how long it took or what methods they had to use. I would highly recommend Dyno-Rod for any drain issues.
