Really pleased! Both the office and Martin were friendly and booked me in prompty. Martin was knowledgable and seemed genuinely passionate about his work - answering all my questions and leaving me reassured. Will definitely use them again if need be.

Very prompt and efficient service. Cliff was extremely friendly and knowledgable. He quickly sorted out the problem and talked me through the cause. Really happy with my experience.

Arrived within 30 mins of the call being made. Promptly diagnosed then fixed the fault, as well as future proofing. Seamless.

2 weeks after moving into our new home the toilet blocked. I'm reasonably DIY savy and have my own drain rods but could not clear it. Dyno-rod arranged for a call out the following morning. Cliff who came out was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. It took him a while but eventually he cleared it. I feel he went the extra mile. Very impressed with him.

I booked an appointment on the website. Danny phoned 15 minutes before arriving. He was able to sort us out quickly. Lovely guy and nice back office.

Making the appointment online was easy, follow up call from Dyno-Rod was excellent.
Daniel Scott came out on Wed 11th and was extremely polite, well informed and helpful. We looked at all the drains and he explained what we could see.

I was offered a same day appointment, but opted for the next morning. An early phone call to give me the arrival time. A prompt, efficient and very personable young man carried out an inspection and found the problem to be off my property but affecting two others. Wessex Water contacted and came out straight away, so impressive service all round.

Great experience today with Dan from Dyno-Rod Cheltenham. Gave good advice, explained how my drains worked, and was able to clear a blocked drain on the spot.

Very helpful and completed the task at hand very quickly whilst providing a running commentary (which was helpful)
One improvement suggestion - I was not advised in advance that blocked toilets are likely to require removal of the toilet in advance before the engineer can clear the pipe work - which means calling in a separate plumber/builder to complete this work first (as the Dyno Rod engineer is unlikely to be able to do this) and therefore a need to rebook the appointment at a later date.

It would be helpful to raise this when the first appointment is booked and mention it in the on-line information - luckily I had already done this

Both Cliff and Martin provided an excellent service offering experience and knowledge to the situation. We felt able to ask and shown images on the camera. Everything explained clearly made it a learning experience. They also respected our property . Communication from office staff was also excellent. We cannot praise the company highly enough.

Dan came to my house at short notice. He was very helpful very polite and did everything we asked of him with a smile.

This was great anyway, but when you consider the nature of some of the tasks he does, it was even more impressive.

Well, I admit I did call 2 local independent companies first, who didn't get back to me! In fact, I'm still waiting for a return call from both companies, meanwhile Martin from Dynorod has been and sorted the problem - no hassle! There's an automatic booking system, or a real life human to speak to! One local company had an AI administrator who was reporting my ' locked train '! No kidding. The autobot misheard blocked drain!
I can't recommend this company more highly, they have systems to get your problem logged and a drain technician calls you with a fixed time. The price was quoted before the technician arrived on site. The price was exactly what they charged - no extras were even suggested. I won't bother with anyone else now, if I ever need a drainage problem sorting. Thank you Martin and the whole Dynorod company - it works and emergencies get sorted quickly!

Very happy, the team were brilliant. Very helpful and polite and resolved the issue quickly for us.

The engineer was knowledgeable, courteous and professionally turned out. He was happy to engage with me as he carried out his work, so I am more confident in dealing with any further problems. The engineer had to work around other tradesmen on site and he did so flexibly and without complaint.

Rapid response, helpful and candid advice. Practical effort too resolve the problem, which was successful
