From contacting Dyno Rod and speaking to Michael, the experience has been first class keeping us updated at all times, the drainage system was checked and identified a collapsed drainage pipe. They have booked me in to rectify the issue in a couple of weeks. So can’t rate them on the job, but I’m sure with the current experience it’ll be fine.

Polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
We thought it was just a blockage of water coming from the kitchen sink, but after he'd lifted all the grids in sight, the problem was further down the system. After a very thorough investigation, all has been cleared. Excellent operator, very polite and friendly.

Lewis came on 9th March as we were concerned that we may have had a broken drain under the back garden .
He rang and gave me eta which was fine.
He listened to the problem and explained in simple terms what was going to happen 3 drains to check.
Luckily all was good.
We really couldnt fault him
Polite respected our property ,listened, explained things in an easy to understand way def 10/10

Quick response to my phone call.
A guy arrived at my property to sort my drainage problem out within two hours of making a phone call.
Darren was excellent he explained what he was going to do and also informed me what the problem was.
Unblocked the drain, I was also very pleased with the price thank you.

First class job
Excellent polite and knowledgeable service from Dyno-Rod team.
My call was answered promptly and they arranged for a timely visit.
Lewis was the friendly young man who very professionally and efficiently cleared my drain blockage and got things flowing effectively again. He was respectful of my property and did a very good job in clearing up afterwards.
It was the first time I had required their services but I won’t hesitate to use them again if I have any problems in the future.

Mike Gibson came out to unblock a pipe in my kitchen. Not the easiest thing to do as it was underneath my cupboards and behind everything. Cooker had to come out!!!
He was very good - didn’t complain and completed the job with ease. He explained and let me see everything he was doing which was great. Also slightly lifted the pipe so hopefully it won’t happen again
