Very quick to arrive and solve the problem
Had to call someone out on a bank holiday, cost a fortune....
Response was very quick, getting a call back within an hour and arrived within 2 hours - impressive! Found and cleared the blockage in the main drain , excellent service - just a shame it was so expensive but it was bank holiday I suppose....

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Was able to speak to a human being at 5.30pm and he understood the problem. I had an out of hours appointment as wanted to get the blockage unblocked asap. Kai arrived when expected and, despite problems with bushes in the way, he got the blockage cleared very quicky - despite the fact it was dark too! Very impressed by Kai - what a lovely friendly knowledgeable young man - thank you

5 star experience
I contacted Dyno-Rod due to a blockage in my mother's toilet. To be totally honest, the first engineer that attended the blockage didn't take the time to fully diagnose the issue and find a solution.
A second engineer attended the blockage 'Lewis ', and he was truly excellent. He took time to understand the issue, and find solutions. Lewis stayed for 3 hours to clear what turned out to be a massive blockage. Lewis was very polite, knowledgeable, had a great work ethic and did an exceptional job.

Chanel was both friendly and professional when she returned on 23 March and did a great job in fixing the problem for which we are extremely grateful.
