Young man came out today was so nice and assured me the problem with the manhole will be repaired i didnt get his name but had dynorod out lots of times and allways been lovely guys

Darren was friendly and managed to source the issue quickly and successfully fixed the issue.

The engineer that came out to my was very friendly and highly efficient
He cleared the outside drain which was full and blocked causing sewage to flow back into my bathroom
He took lots of photos of the mess in my bathroom and the outside drains.

Our engineer was first class - fantastic approach towards his customers, being both very friendly but also knowledgeable, thorough and interested in helping resolve our issue. Recommend very highly - but expensive if I'm honest but overall worth it for the information and solutions we received

I was so happy that someone from dyno- rod came so quickly I didn't think that they would come out the same day the man that came was lovely respectful when I told him myself and my son had epilepsy so could he be a little quieter when speaking and he agreed he got my job done in no time and my drains have been good ever since he did a great job and I,m so happy and truly grateful I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family you were super efficient fast and respectful thank you so much
