Booked online via British gas due to a burst valve under kitchen sink, water turned off.
Appointment for 1-6 pm rang at 4pm for an update to be told it had been taken off the system due to a more urgent call out and they could fit me in the day after on the 15th.
Could of contacted me so I could of looked for another plumber to help when taken into account the cold weather and no water or heating.
They deal more with drain problems and not plumbing as stated with poor customer service

Shocking Customer Service
Had a call out booked through British Gas home care it was for the whole day from 7pm to 6pm. Took the whole day off waiting for them. They never showed up and never contacted me to say they couldn’t make it. Instead they booked the appointment for a date 8 days later and I only found out when I called British Gas to check what was going on. I called Dynorod Manchester directly as recommended by British Gas and they stated that they called me at 5:45pm to let me know the appointment would no longer happen and that there was no option to leave a voicemail. I was waiting for them at this time so they didn’t ring and my phone service is configured to accept voicemail. They straight up lied. There was no concern from the CSA I spoke to about the fact they had failed to attend the appointment and not even contacted me to confirm that the new date was suitable. Not a single apology. Shocking customer service and all round service delivery from them.

After a previous drains service had taken 4 hours and a lot of money to NOT fix the issue with my drains being blocked, I gave DynoRod a shot. They were able to identify and fix the issue within an hour and for a much more reasonable price. Wont use anyone else from now on.

Blocked toilet on Christmas Eve !!! Absolutely awesome service, David was out within the hour and problem identified and solved within 2hrs of initial call. Went above and beyond, speaking to my landlord to explain what the issue was, which was no fault of my own so I didn’t get charged. Merry Christmas David to you and your family 🎄

Drain blockage clearance
The men got straight on the job clearing tree roots from the drains and they did such an excellent job , i couldnt believe the amount of turf and roots removed ,i am so pleased to have my toilet back in use. Top marks.

Lionel and Mark come from a rare breed
Lionel and Mark come from a rare breed, they take pride in their work and are very professional. Unpleasant unexpected discoveries are treated as a challenge and overcome with top line work without cutting corners. Both men are pleasant and amiable and they do what they say they will. Attendance and a good job is guaranteed so much so if I ever have another problem I would specify their attendance was required.

Blocked Toilet
Had an issue with our toilet water rising when flushed .phoned Dyno rod was told engineer would ring us when he was on his way . Stephen phoned and said his ETA was 40 mins , great guy very efficient professional and very polite. He sorted the job in no time would definitely recommend this company.

Dyno rod attended within an hour and the engineer Steven had the issue resolved in no time.
Very professional and friendly guy.
Price was also reasonable and would happily use the company again.
