Our drain was blocked and when I phone Dyno-Rod they were very helpful and managed to send a man out sort the problem on the same day and he managed to fix it and explained what caused the blockage,was very professional and helpful.

Dave and Jamie identified the issue, found a different solution and were able to provide advice around the drainage issues that we had. Definitely use again.

Easy to book, no hassle.
Really easy to book online with lots of convenient dates available. The engineer was polite and efficient, I also got a text half an hour prior to arrival.
Bit in the expensive side, but the convenience and ease of it all made it worth it.

Disappointing and expensive
We called them out for a blocked drain which after two hours and at great cost of nearly £500 they were unable to fix.
We called another local company who resolved the issue within an hour.

First rate service
David was very friendly, helpful and professional. Gave lots of advice and guidance. Would recommend Dynarod, expensive but well worth it for the peace of mind. From first phone call to job completed was beyond expectation.

Call centre was courteous.unfortunately gave me a not upto date quote for a standard unblock toilet.
The engineer Harry who came to the house is excellent.
