Dyno-Rod - Drains - Greater Manchester and Crew Recensioni

Great service. Arrived within 3 hours of call. Text and called me in advance of arriving. Upfront and clear pricing. Very friendly and helpful engineer who attended today. Tidied up the area after he finished.

Absolutely fantastic, very polite and got the job done quickly after an emergency call out and went above and beyond

I had a blocked external drain following indoor and outdoor renovations. Appointment made for the following day. Initial costs indicated up front. Danny called to let me know when he would arrive. The issue was resolved quickly with pressure to clear the debris. No additional cost. All done efficiently and politely with minimum fuss. Would definitely use again.

Really good service. Booked the appointment via the internet on Sunday evening and the engineer arrived by 11.30 on Monday morning. Problem identified and resolved very well. Very happy with the resolution. Thank you.

I was given a price and told someone would contact me shortly with a time. I was contacted, he gave me a time which was within the hour of my first phone call, unfortunately he genuinely got stuck in traffic on the motorway but did phone to let me know. He was polite, got the job done and explained what could have been the problem.

I had blocked internal pipes in my kitchen and bathroom, within ING 1 hour of ringing my landlord Jigsaw homes a Dyno Rod chap called Stuart was here and fixed the problem very quickly, efficiently, he was very friendly and helpful.
Great experience,
I can't recommend Dyno Rod enough.

This is the second time I’ve used dyno rod for different problems, Daniel came within a couple of hours as an emergency on a Sunday call out due to neighbours waste backing up and coming out my drain, problem sorted and blockage sorted, cleaned up and garden washed down within no time, fantastic service 👍

Called Dyno-rod for a blocked drain, they were here writhing 30minutes! DAZ was brilliant, not only did he resolve the blockage he went further and looked right down my drain with a camera and removed some roots that he said may cause issues in the future. Exceptional customer service and affordable price

Great commutation friendly and approachable thank you

The young man did a great job.very proffenal.

Excellent service, fast and efficient and resolved the issue in under an hour definitely recommend

Stuart was brilliant , came out tried to clear drains , assessed external shared drain, rang United util and got them to agree coming out to us same day. No nonsense a pleasure to have doing the job , a credit to dyno rod. Thank you stuart.

Situation extreme. Loo: blocked. Levels: rising. Levels of what? You don’t want to know. Fear level: high. Deeply concerned about what happens next. Intrusive thought: possible “shitsplosion”???. Anxiety increased by inability to use facilities. I would rate Danny from Dynorod 10 stars if I could. Danny phoned ahead with ETA, diagnosed the problem fast, made sure nothing horrible dripped onto floor, did something technical and swift with pipe dismantling, applied serious amounts of water pressure to the stack, made sure the back yard was properly hosed down afterwards, was still cheerful and reassuring by the end. When it’s a heatwave, on a Saturday and something deeply unsettling is happening with sewage - having someone friendly and focused turn up answer all your questions, diagnose it fast and fix it all nicely within an hour is basically magic. I could not be more impressed.

Was phoned before chap arrived, great attitude, helpful, listening to my problem. Cleared drain blockage and left tidy area. Hope I dont need to 😀 ,but would not hesitate to use dyno rod again. Thanks for the service.

Great service and very helpful thank you

Swift response after phoning up. Skilled and friendly engineer came and resolved our blocked drains problem, letting us get back to normal. Really grateful, thank you.

The cost of the visit and initial assessment is very unclear on the website and required a payment of £195 when no work was carried out with an expectation of a further payment for a second visit for the actual work to be carried out.

Turned up as promised, verified the cost before going ahead. Did a great job and also liaised with united utilities on my behalf. Highly recommend!

From the start of the phone call to Stuart the Engineer was first class service- thank you so much 🤩👍

The guy that came to unblock the toilet was very nice. Did a good job.
