Great sales!
For the most part, orders are filled and received within a couple of weeks. Every once in a while items which are out of stock or no longer available at all are sold, and never shipped. The shipping dates for these just keep perpetually getting pushed back. These are out of Dvor's hands, no pun intended. Companies say, "Yeah, put these items up for sale", then cannot fill the orders.

I’ve used this site for some time and purchased several things. Recently purchased a Vortex red dot for a great price and a shotgun case as well. Both came faster than I expected and continue to have great experiences with DVOR.

Best price on the Wilson Combat P365 grip module that I could find anywhere. Shipped on time, as promised.
My only "complaint" about this site is how all the products change all the time, and then come back around eventually... I wish they had a wish list! They do have a method of "reminding when back in stock", but that can only be triggered IF I leave it in my cart and IF I request it. Maybe I should be happy they don't do things automatically like everyone else... anyway, if you're listening DVOR - add a WISH LIST!
Everything else about DVOR has been just fine, I've ordered from them twice in the last year.

Great customer service
I had great customer service. I had ordered my vest on 12/5/24 and hadn't received it by 1/8/25 nor had I gotten an estimated shipping date. I reached out to customer support. They reached out to the vendor and not only do I get an estimated ship date but within a couple of days I received my vest.

Mostly good transaction; get extra insurance if available.
Selection was great, price was even better. Shipping prices were really good, and shipping time was excellent. The only problem I ran in to, was when my order got stolen off my doorstep. I called the police, and filed a police report. Then I reached out to Dvor; who basically said "sorry bruv, not our problem." I guess they don't have any sort of insurance in the shipping price, which meant I was out the nearly $100 in ammo I had ordered. With any luck, whoever stole it, it will explode in their face, so I don't have to worry about them using it one someone else.

Selling items they don't have in stock!
I ordered a barrel and a comp for a P320. Neither were in stock, in spite of the notice saying they were when I purchased. The barrel expected ship date has consistently moved out, and is now scheduled for 3 months since I purchased. The comp never show as shipped, but their customer service said they had it in stock. So why wasn't that shipped? The whole time I received no notice from DVOR about any delays or lack of product. No respect for their customers!

Greetings Bill! We have reviewed your order and show that, at the time of purchase, both items had an estimated timeframe for shipping of 1-3 weeks. To determine if an item is on backorder or if it is ready for shipping, the product availability can be located on the product page below the Add To Cart button. This timeframe estimates when the product will arrive at our warehouse from the supplier and will be ready to ship to our customers. If an item is ready to ship, it will not show the timeframe but instead display “In stock” or "Expected to ship within 1-2 business days".
In situations when we have back-ordered items, we work with our supplier to get the shipment as quickly as possible. Typically, they provide an estimated delivery date and make their deliveries within the specified time frame. Unfortunately, though, those estimates do not guarantee the item will be delivered to us in the timeframe provided due to several factors that are outside our control. We do our best to update the ETA when we get new information from our suppliers, but that can also mean the date may change frequently or not at all if we cannot confirm a date from our suppliers.
With that being said, we did notice that our standard Order Confirmation email, which automatically generates from our system and is sent immediately after an order is received, was not distributed for your order. This email will include the status of any item(s) purchased, including whether the product is in stock or on backorder. We are looking into why this email failed to generate for your order, and we sincerely apologize that it was not received.
Additionally, when a backorder is filled, another email will be sent to inquire whether the customer prefers to have the in-stock item shipped now, separately, or if they would prefer to wait and have it shipped together with the remaining out-of-stock merchandise. Unfortunately, this email did not generate either, and for that, we are deeply sorry.
While we regret that our usual communication was not received for this order, we hope that you will decide to give us another chance in the future to regain your trust and confidence. We genuinely value our customers and understand the frustration experienced with this order. We appreciate your patience and thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

Give them a shot!
I have been using Dvor for a few years now and have had 1 small shipping issue which I don't believe was their fault. Great selection of items which is ever changing which I personally like. Wide selection of products. As long as you pay attention to the descriptions you won't be disappointed.

DVOR is great
DVOR is quick, easy, and fairly priced in comparison to many other clearance dealers. Their customer service is great. I have bought from them a number of times and each time the product has been great!

Can't Keep Your Promise!
I ordered some Oakley glasses back on November 7. #27829679. Every time I check on the order, the expected ship date gets bumped to a later date. It's now expected to ship January 6, 2025. This treatment is getting old. This has happened to me over and over. Using Jerry Seinfeld as my inspiration, "You can TAKE the order, but you can't KEEP the order.
