DVOR is a great place to find great prices on great products. The site is simple to use,. Easy to find your way around.

It took awhile to get my knife but it was worth the wait. It is my second time ordering a knife from Drov and their knifes are top shelf. Sharp and well constructed.

Many categories and items at good prices. Competitive prices when things are available, if not the best prices. Search is not really effective and it is generally better to look for things by sales event, category, or brand. Items shipped fast and within timeframe given on item pages. All in all, a good, fast, smooth deal

I like the prices of your products. I like scrolling thru every category. I enjoy finding great values in your different categories. Great site. Sometimes the wait times on your deliveries are long.

Dvor has great prices on its inventories. The shipping is not as fast as Amazon, but I am not in a hurry to receive the merchants. UPS shipment is very precise on the scheduled timeline. Dvor shipped my purchased items in two separate shipments. Very much appreciated.

The prices are hard to beat and the customer service has been great. I had one issue with a shipment but with the proper documentation they refunded the missing item immediately.

I look at the new deals everyday. They have hard to beat pricing, when they have what you’re looking for.

I purchased a pair of Vortex binoculars through Dvor. The price was almost 10% less than the next best price from other retailers. When I got my binos, the box was missing a strap. I contacted Dvor, and they instantly got in touch with Vortex for me. Within 2 days I received a package from Vortex that included the missing strap in addition to a whole host of other bino and Vortex accessories. A great price and great customer service experience from Dvor as well as Vortex.

Great prices, good selection, easy shopping experience

This is an easy site to use. They have a variety of products to choose from at prices that most of the time are very low.

Normally, I’ve had a good experience making purchases through DVOR. However, my latest purchase on 9/11 has been delayed due to the “process of verifying the details of your order to ensure compliance with all United States federal, state and/or local government laws and regulations regarding the domestic sale of restricted products. Usually this process takes about 1-5 business days.” The website says they expect my order to ship on the 29th which would be 18 days after I ordered it. The $9.99 charge for value shipping has a range of 5-10 days which would mean if my items were actually shipped on the 29th I might get them as early as the 3rd but as late as the 9th depending on weekend delivery availability. Thats an entire month. I wouldn’t care if it was free shipping. But, if you’re going to make someone wait 4 weeks for a product that isn’t on back order that’s just a bad experience. Sure, they don’t charge you until it ships. But, after waiting a month that’s an insult to injury. They should at least offer expedited shipping after giving a vague reason for the delay.

This company is based in Illinois and doesn't know Illinois law. Refused to sell me an unbanned part unless I signed an affidavit stating I was a law enforcement officer.

Ordered a product 6 weeks ago and never received it. Extremely difficult to resolve issue with Dvor

Followed up with Dvor 5 times, so far, to reconcile and will be calling again to follow up:
1. I called after a week of no movement for my order after tracking # has been issued and status is "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending". I was told to give the system 3 weeks to find item.
2. I waited 3 weeks then was told on 2nd call to fill out and return a claim form and a disposition will be determined in a week. Submitted form per the email the same day.
3. Next day received an email to provide a picture and to refill out the claim form. I called Dvor and told them I couldn't provide a picture since I never received product and that I had already submitted the form. I was told to wait a week and ignore any other emails asking me for a picture or to submit a form.
4. Called a week later and was told they never received the form. I requested a refund and they instructed me to add that information in the email when I re-send the form. Dvor also said they will add a note to my case to notify me when they receive the form since I mentioned that I had spoken to Dvor after I sent the form the 1st time and wasn't told that they never received it. I re-submitted the form to all of the email addresses on the email hoping one of the addresses was valid. I was told it would take about a week for Dvor to disposition the form and several weeks to process the refund. I received an email with acknowledgement of receiving the form.
5. Followed up with Dvor a week later and they asked for a photograph but dropped that request since I told them I never received the product and if they looked at the order status, it never reached the shipper. The agent sent a note to the department that handles the claims and was told to give it a day for them to address this.

Throughout this ordeal, I have been told it is a shipper issue and on another call that online location of the order is still within Dvor. The agents I have spoken to are professional but are only there pass through the information to the group that really makes decisions and resolve issues.

I will be contacting Dvor the 6th today to follow per the expectations set by Dvor to try to get some movement on getting my refund. I ordered the same part from a competitor after call #4 and have received it.

Prices are fair but shipping is slow.

Great company with amazing deals. Made numerous purchases through Dvor. I have recommended it to numerous friends.

This was my first time ordering from this seller and it was a very good experience, order came on time and the quality of the product was great. Keep up the great work and service and keep supplying great products, like The termination says, I'll be back!

Bought a barrel of a reputable company that was recommended as a potential barrel for a duty weapon. When the barrel arrived it was missing a pin. I reach out to DVOr who pass the blame to the maker( should have been inspected before hitting the box). I reached out they told they could swap the barrel with another to reach out to the maker. They gave me a dollar coupon which is laughable. The manufacturer claims is not he there fault either. So I am stuck with something that is useless and beat for my money. I read bad reviews here before trust and believe that unlike I did and continued to buy and now I am here like ever other poor soul who probably did the same thing. Again will never shop her or recommend to another soul to buy from here if they value their time and money. I’d would wait 3 weeks and 200 more dollars to buy a product DVOr has from bother business for piece of mind
