Speedy resolution of an issue. Excellent customer care
There was an issue regarding an increase in cost which we were only made aware of at the point we were anticipating delivery. We explained this clearly when we rang and the issue was resolved to our satisfaction immediately. We received the items just a few days later. Everyone can make a mistake but not everyone admits to it and resolves issues without delay. Very happy with customer care

Love love love our Duvalays.
Our Duvalay purchases have been one of the biggest positive differences in our van life journey. We now have both summer and winter quilts for our van and wouldn’t go anywhere without them now. They’re honestly the best.

Love my Duvalay fitted sheets!
Love my Duvalay toppers that we bought for our motorhome a few years ago however dislike the bed making part and constantly snagging fingers trying to fit the bottom sheet and then noticed a post from someone who had purchased a made to measure sheet for them that I didn’t know about. Nice feel to fabric and good quality.
Bed making so much easier now and just roll the duvalays back up with sheet on in the morning. Easy to fit to topper with zip closure. Haven’t removed yet for washing. Going to order a second set for longer trips!
Great choice of colours. Only negative is standard postage takes a while and I didn’t want to pay the express postage cost on top of price of covers.

Replacement Mattress
Visited showroom twice and staff were so welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful throughout.
Ordered D-Luxe Hybrid slimline and when delivered 10 days later it was a perfect fit and an absolute quality product.
Delivery company comms were first class and the driver could not have been more helpful and a credit to his company.

Great experience from start to finish. I ordered my new duvalay bedding and it was delivered well within the 14 day deadline. Used it straight away for a weeks holiday and slept like a baby for the first time ever in the caravan. Thank you
