Wife rang you up with a query on delivery and she said it was the best customer service she'd ever dealt with. Don't know the ladies name she spoke to but thank you.
Just tried the mattress toppers this weekend and can't believe the difference it has made as our caravan mattresses are on the firm side.
Best nights sleep. Excellent quality and definitely worth the money .

Great service and quality product
Easy order process which included Jo checking with our manufacturer, Swift, precisely which mattresses they had fitted to our new 2026 model. She confirmed details and dimensions back to us for final approval and delivery of two high quality mattress protectors followed a few days later. Delighted.

good product went for the soft memory foam 5cm , found it had more comfort with my wife's sleeping bag on top of the foam and my sleeping bag on top of us

Sensible delivery time
Price is certainly not cheap but you "get what you pay for" and we are already reaping the benefit of improved sleep in our campervan. Good covers and handy storage bags

Clear website to make choices easy
Clear information on the website about the different options of toppers made choices easy to compare. Delivery date was clearly communicated and my order actually arrived ahead of time. I’ve waited until after using the topper for 2 weeks in the caravan to give an opinion on comfort and the result is ‘brilliant’. No more aching hips or back, easy to roll up and unroll. Rolled up it has replaced the end cushion on the seat to make a very comfortable backrest.

Fantastic buy for a good nights sleep!
Just used our mattress topper with zipped on sheet on top of the bed in our VW camper-van t6. Fantastic, so comfortable. Bought the bundle that included the mattress, sheet and bag. Well worth it as it rolls well into the bag during the day. Would definitely recommend!

We didn't recive the colour we…
We didn't recive the colour we ordered. When we sent photos we were told it was the lighting in the photo. Very disappointed with their customer service.

I LOVE the topper and sleeping bag
I LOVE the topper and sleeping bag. It has made my sleep on our old sofa cushions in the caravan much better.
One down side. The bag it comes in is too small however. Takes ages to get it in. A bigger bag for the 5cm topper please 🙏
