Amazing personal service
Amazing personal service. I was worried that the caravan mattress topper that I ordered wouldn't fit because I needed 2 curved edges. The staff put my mind at rest so I ordered and it fitted perfectly. They send you a drawing with measurements to approve before they make it. Lovely quality, very comfortable. I ordered the Freshtec, as not a fan or memory foam, it makes me too hot! The Freshtec did it's job and keeps me cool. It's expensive but worth it. One happy camper 😁.

My Duvalay fits my T30 perfectly. Its easy to roll up and get into the zip bag and stores nicely behind my rear seat. Slightly firmer than i expected but gives a goid nights sleep

Duvaly Mattress Topper
Recently purchased a mattress topper for my rear island bed motorhome. I was quite apprehensive due to the specific shape required. Staff where more than helpful and very understanding when responding to any queries that I had. The topper arrived promptly and fitted perfectly. We have just returned from our fist trip and I can honestly say we both slept very well indeed. Great product and service, would highly recommend.

Campervan toppers. Very good reviews online and we live close to the showroom. We were therefore able to try the products out before buying. Lovely helpful lady made the experience very easy. Toppers turned up in a couple of days.

Excellent product and service.
Toppers looked and feel great. They were already inserted into their zipped sheets when they arrived, what a bonus. We paid extra for the super fast delivery and it was so worthwhile to ensure we had them in time for our holiday.

Fantastic customer service.
Fantastic customer service from Jo in the showroom. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the product and helped us to make our own informed decision on the best mattress for our caravan.
It was delivered at a time convenient to us and they went out of their way to deliver to our storage compound so we could put the mattress straight in the caravan.

NOT a quality product
We have 2 comfort toppers that ate just 3 yrs old and the foam has started to split- Duvalay NOT interested saying must have been badly stored!!!!
Very disappointed with a "quality" product

As we are unable to trace this purchase, it is difficult for us to comment in detail on the specific products or the circumstances in which they have been used. However, we are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction and that this has led to such a negative view of the brand.

Measure and measure again
Not what I was expecting. Impossible to roll back up. Impractical size. I'll stay with making up conventional bed linen on the lounge cushions. Duvalay was my daughter’s suggestion for easier bed making but really I didn't need the foam which made it too big to fit the stowage space in my van.
p.s.
I spoke with Duvalay and, since the article was still in as new condition, took advantage of their generous 14 day policy offer to refund my purchase. Just to make clear, the product is well made from good quality and attractive fabric and the service is good. If you are thinking of buying then I recommend having a chat with Duvalay to check physical dimensions - both rolled out and rolled up - before you buy. And don’t buy foam you don’t need.

Ordering was super smooth but item quality control was lacking
Ordering was super smooth. Staff were very helpful. However there was a fault with the Duvalay mattress topper protective bag when received - the zip was not properly stitched in. Not great quality control for a premium priced product. Duvalay did send out a replacement FOC when asked. Hence 3 stars not 5!

We ordered a made to measure topper for our bed in our Adria Twin and the fits is perfect. At the same time we ordered a fitted sheet and that too is a perfect fit. All made and delivered to us within the timescale quoted.
