Durian Furniture Recensioni 

1st I ordered Durian Chair from pepperfry and I got a manufacturing defect chair. Than again I ordered the same chair directly online from Durian, again I got damaged chair. Than 1st the handle was changed, than there was issue in base, again base was changed and finally than handle which was changed was of different design than other side handle and still it is pending. It's almost 1 month I think one by one parts are changing. Now tell me if you be on my side what you will do. I spent around 10K in Durian because of brand image and what I have got?

The quality and comfort is not up to the expectations which I was looking from Durian

The chair faired very poorly on ergonomics.
I contacted the support team as well but did not hear from them.
Really expected better product and service.

Timely delivery, Good product comfortable to us

Chose the product after much deliberation and found the height to be lower than advertised. Packing needs to be improved as a part was received broken although replaced while installation. Overall a good product.

The chair has been delivered and installed. Your service is excellent. And, the chair is ergonomic.

Website said installation of chair was free. but till now no one came for installation. Product was just couriered. Tried to reach customer care, but no response

quality is not upto mark. i raised completed about minjar break at armrest rotation section. support from indra nagar called and told me it like that only all chairs have same look. i asked to sent photo of other chairs he said he will send and requested t the issue as closed . the moment i said ok . till now they did not sent any photo of exisits chair till now

While purchasing the delivery date was mentioned as 10-Nov however even after 1 week the product is still not delivered on 17-Nov.
Really bad experience.
No tracking information is provided and there are no updates from the company regarding shipment.

Order is still pending, Opt for EMI but couldn’t happen.

We have not yet received the product... How can we judge? Aren't you jumping the guns?

No updates on the delivery status. Tried number of time to reach customer service team. But they always provide same answer that someone from backend team will contact you. But no one bothered to call.

Installation of product is still pending. Seems made wrong decision to opt for durian product.

Delivery process is too slow , a week time to deliver in city like Gurgaon where you have outlets , is just not appreciated

online sales experience is horrible and delivery is VERY late.

Have ordered 3+1 sofa, which I found very nice...always wanted to have furnitures from Durian...😀
