Like most householders who experience issues with new builds we are no exception Erin has been superb in dealing with our issues and there has been many and still are. She is so quick to respond, very professional and even apologetic when things don't work out. I hope Dundas recognise the qualities of Erin as she is an excellent co-ordinator.

Dundas have now lost another sales consultant leaving new home owners looking for answers via a Facebook channel due to the neglect of customer care.

"Has anyone been allowed in to their reserved home to allow for contractors for flooring and blinds to be measured before getting the keys? Im not sure who to contact now as weve not been informed of another contact for uphall station"

"We got the company who done our flooring to go in, she met with Janice and then went into the house. We weren’t allowed to go in with her though, not sure who is the sales person but I’m sure they would be able to help"

Seems like customer care has spiralled out of control. When you try to call the sales line no one answers the calls. Shame they let Janice go, when an employee has your customers at heart they are a keeper. Shame this poor managed company is having such a negative impact of paying customers.

Customer Service is excellent, knowledgeable, quick, efficient and came back when they said they would.

Excellent build of house. Any issues we have had, they have resolved them quickly and without hassle. Lovely people to deal with also which makes it all the more easy. We love our new home.

We purchased our new home from Dundas and had good communication throughout the buying experience from Gail in the sales office. We were updated regularly on the stages of our new home. We took ownership in August 2022 and had the usual snagging issues. Robert the site agent was approachable daily and quickly sorted all issues promptly. Our kitchen was a bigger issue than snagging - after numerous visits from the kitchen company and dundas personnel the kitchen was replaced to our satisfaction. We found dundas customer service especially Erin contactable and helpful with all of our emails/calls and nothing was a problem. The spec within Dundas houses is the best we have seen compared to our previous new houses. We have settled in and are delighted with our new home and the location is perfect.

Will I buy another Dundas house. No, the 2 years snagging was a disaster to keep on top of when dealing with the site itself. Fobbed off a few times with excuse after excuse. The reason for the 4 stars and not 1 was all to do with the experience I had the customer service team after the site was finished dealing with me, mainly Erin. Erin was very quick to respond to emails and very quick to sort the rest of the snagging the site had neglected. I just wish I could have dealt with Erin from the start. So Dundas get 4 stars instead of 1 for me because one person. Must do better !!!

Can’t fault our experience with Dundas’s customer care team, if we had a problem they have sorted it within the timeline they have provided and also accommodated our schedule too. Overall our experience with Dundas as being first time buyers has been good. From speaking with Janice at the start till getting the keys to the house! We are realistic and know that every new build house comes with snags it’s inevitable. We hired a professional snagger to come help us with our snagging list (which I highly recommend) I can say there were no major snags at all - Dundas build quality homes and they try to get problems fixed. The painting was a tad shocking in the house however the customer care team sorted that for us with no issue! It takes a lot of effort as a home owner to move, get settled and fix snagging, now almost 2 years in the house if I had to buy another new build I would consider Dundas again

We are very happy with our new Dundas home and with the service they provided. Snagging list was not very long and all issues have been fixed. Erin from customer service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you, Team Dundas!

The after care with Dundas had been great. Dealing with Erin has been simple and straight forward. Calls were followed up and deadlines met. After reading other reviews I had reservations but I am delighted with the service.
Erin went above and beyond to arrange repairs after a certain puppy had a chew at a skirting. All issues highlighted at inspection have been rectified to date.

Erin in customer care is a credit to the company, it’s a shame some of the builders don’t follow suit!
We moved in nearly 3 years ago and have had Erin as our contact the whole time - whenever we’ve had a problem with the snagging etc she would get back to us very promptly and would confirm she’d already looked out an appointment for someone to come out and have a look. It doesn’t matter how many times you have to get back to her about outstanding issues or unfinished jobs (which is all to common with Dundas unfortunately), she’s always so positive and professional. She really is a gem :)

Dundas Customer Care is excellent. They go the extra mile to resolve issues quickly. Workmen are tidy and polite. Glad we bought a Dundas property.

6 months into our new house and Dundas sent a team of tradesmen to resolve essentially minor snags. They had resolved a few when we moved in, and on both occasions responded well - professional, polite and helpful.

To be honest, the house is great, overall it is well-finished and I feel Dundas is keen to help with any issues.

Erin and Margo at head office have been a pleasure to deal with during our first six months in our new home. Erin ( who I have delt with on most occasions) has a lovely manner and has been extremely helpful and accommodating when dealing with our snags, it’s just a shame not everyone that works for Dundas are as understanding and helpful as these ladies they really are a real asset to the company !!!

Erin in the customer support team is fantastic and helped us with all our queries. Always quick to respond and finds a solution for everything where there is one possible.

Phil made this experience great for us as first time buyers. He was always there if we needed him and made us feel at ease. We both enjoyed every step of the moving process because everything was organised. Can’t thank Phil enough and Pat got all of our snagging done very quick. Exceptional service.

We started the purchasing process of our forever home back in September with Laura. She has been nothing but accommodating from reservation to handover and beyond. As first time buyers, we had many questions that Laura was always happy to answer. Once we received the keys, we were handed over to Derek and the customer care team, although Laura has assured us she is only a text away. Derek and his team of contractors have been so speedy getting some minor snagging sorted for us. We have heard some horror stories about buying new builds, but we have had the most seamless experience and have no complaints. Thank you Laura!

Dundas build great houses in lovely areas, and the team really went the extra mile to make it feel like a home from the minute we got our keys...

Can't recommend them highly enough and couldn't be happier with our choice. Would encourage anyone looking for a new home and their next chapter to buy with confidence, you wont be disappointed!

The Customer care team have been great with dealing with the small problems we had. They chased the trades to get everything done as quickly as possible. They were very prompt with replying to my emails. If every customer gets that service then there won’t be many complaints.

Erin has been more than helpful in trying to get my issues sorted, 10/10 service ☺️
