I was asking for help about an issue. They responded within 24 hours and had arranged for a visit from trades, which to be honest was more than I expected.

Erin was extremely helpful, and very efficient. She kept me updated throughout and ensured that she contacted the right professionals in a timely manner.

I had to contact Dundas Customer Care Services a couple of times recently. On these occasions it has been Erin Hearne who has help me. Erin was very helpful and understanding, she kept me updated putting a plan in place until the problems were resolved. Thank you.

I should not have to independently verify the contents of a report that I paid professionals to prepare. The purpose of hiring a surveyor is to rely on your expertise and due diligence. Whether the information comes from a third party is irrelevant—its accuracy remains your responsibility. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing waste of time and money.

I called Dundas to enquire about the toilet seat used when they built my home 8 years ago as I needed to replace it .The girl who answered the phone was very cheery and was happy to help with my enquiry ., I didn’t feel like a nuisance being a customer from 8 years ago with my query. She advised she would find out for me and contact me I was then called within the hour and informed she would email me over the details promptly.. very happy with the interaction.

We have moved to our new home few months ago now and had a great experience. Our new home is beautiful and the site is also quite peaceful surrounded by nature/parks for the dogs which was important to us. We particularly want to say a massive thank you to Richard the site manager at Shawfair site. Richard has been so attentive - catching up very regularly to see what else needs done for us and there was never a problem for him. It’s our third new build home and we have never came across a site manager who was so engaged, attentive and caring! Richard has been so patient with us and all our snags to be fixed, even if it meant helping us himself. It means a lot having that personal familiarity. Richard was always quick in organising whatever needed done and also special thanks to the painter and decorator Alec who has been fantastic in touching up things, the job is always done so well and thorough. Very quick response when I emailed the customer care. Erin was very helpful and gave me all the information I was looking for.

Firstly dundas property estates has great quality builds, we are buying one of their builds in Livingston. I would like to personally commend sale exec Sian Robertson, but also Callum Miller head of sales, really trust worthy team, and also promptly responding and making customer come first..really great experience, highest commendation to them both.

Once they have your money there not interested there’s clearly a fault in the design of bits of the houses that they should be rectifying but cause we are out with our 2 year period there not interested which is a joke it’s not my fault that the designs of some parts of the house are bad .

Erin at the customer care team is very helpful. When Advance (the company required to fix my driveway) were less than helpful, Erin was able to get in touch with the company and ensured the works were carried out as and when agreed.

We were looking for a copy of our certificate for the solar panels. As we couldn’t locate it we reached out to Dundas customer care to request a copy. Debbie got back to us quickly with a copy. Thanks for your quick response Debbie.

I don't own a Dundas home but was recently liaising with their customer service team to ask for help in resolving an issue with a road that had been constructed. I found Erin to be really helpful, friendly and efficient, and I was grateful for her help.

I recently contacted the builder who built my house 14 years ago to request a copy of the completion certificate. Erin was extremely helpful — she quickly located the document and sent it to me straight away with no hassle at all.
