Honestly we all had a super awesome…

Honestly we all had a super awesome day, from booking with Joe, who was so good to my super driving instructor John A who I would highly recommend for giving you the best experience not only on drive but in pits too, we had a whole day with kids, charity ride in 4 x 4 and facilities were great too. The boys are saving for another trip soon. Thank you for making some great memories ❤️

Terrible do not use - Rally experience

Booked for son as a Christmas present, 2 x 12 lap rally experience.
Firstly my advice - DO NOT BOOK.
Grumpy greetings, half hour wait for bus to take us to 'rally stage' aka portacabin in a scrap yard with a track less that 30sec long. Waiting at the 'track', rude 'instructor' in fact no instruction given. No briefing, no photographer, cars fit for scrap.
Finally back to the main area, everything packing down, no staff available to complain to.
Emailed feedback and complained about false advertising, was given excuses and finally sent a copy of the complaints procedure, small print and told i would not get a refund as I did not complain to the non existent staff on the day.
Complaint now with Trading Standards. Worst customer service ever at track and via email.

Had a brilliant morning at Prestwold

Had a brilliant morning at Prestwold, Loughborough, this was a birthday present I bought my Husband who shared it with our Son. They chose to do 4 laps each in a Lamborghini, Ferrari and an Aston Martin, then had a passenger ride experience with with a professional. Sam, Suzy, Kev and Scott the instructors were fantastic as were all the other staff involved, the day was very well organised, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it. Thankyou

Long waits !!

Great day for the experience but lacking organisation!!

Expect long waits in long queues bigger than Alton Towers - spoiled the day tbh !!

And if you work there you can help queue jump the media sales queue too!!

Aldershot Circuit, Ripoff

Unfortunately, both my wife and I were very disappointed with the whole experience.
This was a wedding gift and we were looking forward to it. Having experienced other track venue events, I can say this was the worst I have ever attended. From the start the facilities are not suitable, at registration phase there was so much hard sale, which leaves you full of stress already. Then, the "track", not really a track, is full of potholes, small and inadequate for super cars. Traffic, lots of traffic and slow cars, which is more like stuck in the M25, rather than speed experience. Its a military site, so good enough for what they test there, but not for a great experience you miss selling.
I would not recommend this experience to anybody and will make sure I reach out to as many customers and sites as possible, to make sure that this venue either improve or close down. It is a daylight robbery.

Such a bad experience! good luck if you book...

I booked the event for my fiancee as it was his dream to take the cars for a spin. I booked in December and the first available date was In March. Very long wait times. I accidentally got my my dates mixed up and thought it was a sunday not a saturday. When i realised the day that we were booked in for had already gone by. I tried to reschedule the event but all i got was a hard not from the Everyman racing team. £200 gone out of the window , not even a reschedule chance or anything, they charge you so much and treat their customers like crap. I also contacted Virgin Experience days, but they were also not helpful because the voucher was already activated, so that was not helpful at all either. SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE! don't book!

Profit over experience

Profit over experience. Trying to get more money out with hard sales over the phone when booking. Felt uncomfortable saying no. If it wasn't for Pete , one if the drivers coming to our side we would still be standing in torrential rain. Waited an hour after being told by another driver that he would be taking my son out on the practise lap. The place was heaving and no organisation. Was left standing. Once Pete took over we were seen too and everything went forward to what we paid for. Not the drivers fault just money over matter.

Beware of extra costs! …

I purchased an off-roading experience that was supplied by this company. I originally bought the voucher through Buyagift. The cost of the experience was £188 but when I went to book the date of the experience and dealt directly with Everyman I was told that I was liable for any damage with an excess of £5000! I was told that there was an option to reduce this to zero and I would need to pay an additional £60. Firstly this was not disclosed in the vendors website or Everyman’s and the practice of applying a prohibitively high excess to push a customer into spending more money is particularly distasteful. I was told this was because the vehicle are expensive. Maybe if I was going out in a Ferrari, or Lamborghini put a 20-year-old defender!

I did raise how ridiculous itwas that there was a damage liability for an off-road experience when the car spends its life driving through muddy rocky challenging terrain, where is very likely to come into contact with things that will cause varying degrees of damage in normal use, regardless of the way it’s driven.

I would suggest that you should always read the fine print but if the print doesn’t exist you can’t!

Both parties involved deferred responsibility to the other which is so shoddy. You guys work together to deliver the product/service, and apparently according to your website you’re the biggest supplier in the Uk. Just looks bad on both of you when neither of you want to take responsibility.

On the basis of my experience I won’t be using this company in the future and there’s no way I could recommend to others.

There couldn’t come up with plausible reason for the £5k excess and I am in no doubt it’s a good money spinner. Just a shame it’s done at the sacrifice of a good customer experience.

We have done many full days with this…

We have done many full days with this company over the years.
Disappointed yet again with the experience over sold on hiked insurance when not required.
Spent most of the day standing around in the cold waiting for some kind of organisation skills .
Most of the vehicles off road were broken not in use and in very poor condition.
Helmets smelt discussing as no hygiene between use.
On previous adventures its been a mixed bag with to much limiting and the implications of cones blocking long track .
Get stuck behind Mrs Daisy on over crowded tracks .
Profit above experience.
No rectification on official complaint.
Very Disappointed as the experiences have declined.

Did 3 Aston Martin rides at Dunsfold in September.

I WOULD NOT CONSIDER USING THESE PEOPLE AGAIN.
The cars were in a very poor state:

Clutch problems on the DB5, amongst other issues.

DBS was going rusty. Clearly not looked after.

Vantage had switches and instruments not working. One switch was hanging loose on its wires.

And on top of all that, they managed to loose 3 sets of trackside photos, taken at different times by 2 or maybe 3 different photographers.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE

Everyman racing!
I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT WAS NOT THE CASE BY ANY MEANS. My wife very kindly booked my 4 high tier cars with extra laps at the cost of £430.00 for my birthday (wicked). We were advised to come half an hour early but we actually turned up an hour early and was told we may be able to start earlier. We checked and signed in at the Loughborough branch on 14/01/23. I CAN SAY FOR SURE THAT I WILL NEVER USE THIS AWFUL, UNORGANISED, COMPANY AGAIN. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY FREEZING (I appreciate the weather can't be controlled) I HAD TO WAIT TWO HOURS JUST FOR MY FIRST DRIVE! They had overbooked on the AVENTADOR, GT3 RS and the FERRARI 458 knowing full well they only had one of each car. They had LOADS of HURRICANS, R8 and 360s but the cars everyone wanted they had overbooked on. Helen, who was on the yellow station categorically lied to me and another customer while we both were stood next to each other saying we're both next on the same car which is impossible! Emma on the other hand missed half the people out on her list. You had to queue on each station for your turn and listen out for your name. But you could only hear names being called at the station you were queuing at and wouldn't have a clue if your name was being called at the other stations, making their queuing system flawed. They could have used a megaphone or at least walk towards the other stations so the names could actually be heard. I was shocked at the amount of people that were complaining and talking about how disorganised it all was. Shambolic service and they don’t even offer a refund unless your dead. I appreciate this is in the T&Cs but as a goodwill gesture, they could have done something for us. Furthermore, the main reason my wife chose this company was because of the Nissan skyline R34 which I absolutely love. She recieved an email a few days prior stating that the Skyline is not available on Saturday 14th and we had to call Everyman Racing to either choose another car of the same value or rearrange the whole day which was very inconvenient for both me and my wife due to our work commitments and travelling. My wife called straightaway and was advised by Harry that the Nissan has been fixed and is available for Saturday. My wife then rang again a day before to double check , however was told by another worker that the Nissan R34 is still in mechanics. Shocking. My wife then asked to speak to a manager but was transferred to a customer service agent called Meg, who with confidence, reassured my wife it is available and to ask for her if there are any issues on the day. I also called myself and spoke to Meg who informed me the Nissan will be available. On the day, we found out there was an issue with the Nissan skyline which was VERY disappointing. As a goodwill gesture, we should have been given a refund. We were so tired of waiting, I ended up requesting another car just so I at least got my 4th car but I wasn't happy at all and I don't think it was a high tier car with the same value as the Skyline. I also had a free passenger ride in a BMW M3 on the day, however they were running a BMW 330d and a BMW m135 instead. I was promised an m3 on the telephone! 🤣🤣 How can you even compare a 330d to an m3, they're in different leagues! We were also told that customer safety is a priority yet on the day every single car was lit up like a xmas tree with warning lights. Absolutely shocking. Please use a super car experience that gives you a refund, at least this way, you'll know if they don’t deliver the service you wanted, you’ll get your money back. Do NOT use everyman racing. DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THEM, YOU'LL ONLY REGRET IT. REVIEWS ARE THERE FOR A REASON! Left feeling very disappointed and frustrated. We didn't even bother waiting for the free passenger ride. Stay away from this company.

I called everyman to book in this day and was directed to a calendar as this experience type can only be done at 1 location, I was told any day that had a “junior day “ on the calendar couldn’t be booked so went for the first weekend date that was free in the calendar I was directed to.

Whilst I was calling to book this the gentleman I spoke to mentioned the collision excess waiver at an extra cost of 55 pound per person , he explained this was important to purchase as the collision excess was 5K per car and they would be on a track with lots of other high value cars , a few days after booking the day my husband Gary called everyman and paid 55 pound each for both him and Ryan for this collision excess.

On the day they drove a few hours to the venue looking forward to their experience day for 2 , when they arrived at the instructed time ( half hour before the start time) there was no breakfast roll apparently this stops before that time.

Also there was a junior day going on and all staff seemed to be occupied at the other side where people were turning up and paying on the day for juniors to drive supercars , this meant there did not seem to be enough staff on the other side we were at to facilitate the people there for this driving experience.

In hours of total disorganisation and lots of waiting about in the cold and rain with no one interested in seeing to us , we managed a few minutes in a fiesta rally car for Gary only , Ryan and Gary were asked to share a few minutes and swap over in a white land rover discovery ( which by the way had no brakes and the pedal had to be pumped to stop this vehicle, it’s a good Job Gary is a mechanic and experienced driver).

We expressed dissatisfaction a few times to a few people, we were offered a passenger ride in the atom with no extra cost ( this was actually meant to be included as per the details above) the waiting time for this was about 3 hours looking at the line of people already waiting and as we had already been there hours we were not prepared to wait for this.

None of the Segway’s were charged up for people to use

The drift section, the car kept breaking down and overheating had to be taken off for repair nor was there enough instructors for this section , so we did not get a chance on this section either.

The buggy, they had allowed someone to turn up and pay for extensive laps also meaning a huge que for this too that meant we could not experience this vehicle either.

The whole day was so badly organised , at no point was I or any of the cars on a track with other cars or to be honest was any of the vehicles, had we had a chance to drive them, worth 5K so the collision waiver we were up sold was totally miss sold to us and therefore I am requesting a full refund of this.

Before we decided to give up and go home as it was starting to get dark, we were awaiting someone called Kelly to come speak to us who was dealing with another customer, once she had finished she looked at us picked up her radio and phone and walked off , another lady came to us to try help and called Kelly as we explained she had just walked off and apparently Kelly told her to just take our names and phone numbers and someone would call us. Some one did call Gary Yesterday to apparently re book a drift experience , when he relayed all this information to her and advised he did not want to re book and it wasn’t just the drift they had missed out on she said she couldn’t seal with it for him and he was to send an email.

We have received emails from both everyman and virgin containing a feedback questionnaire , please take this email as the feedback at our very disappointing experience that was a total waste of money , this is so upsetting as Ryan had saved for this present for his dads 50th Birthday and was supposed to be an experience day they both enjoyed together as father and son and one I may add that had added cost due to the travelling time and distance to get to the venue.

I have copied in the CEO of Virgin Experience days as I’m sure they would want to know their suppliers of these days being sold under their name and brand are this bad and most of the staff are not interested when you get there and also when you have an issue.

They have refused t refund the collision waiver excess that was totally miss sold at no point did we drive a car even worth 5K as you can see 4 minutes max in cars that were broken and no where near any other vehicles

Had an amazing time at sun instructors were brilliant from the start to the end lee and Dominic’s attention an instructions were spot on as we’re all the instructors cars were fantastic I would definitely recommend it only downside is it goes to quickly 😂 but thanks for the experience

I got this experience for my 12 year…

I got this experience for my 12 year old son and he was not disappointed (and neither was I even though i did not do any of the events apart from go around the circuit twice in a top speed BMS).
The experience included driving a HGV, drifting, segway, 4x4 off road, rage buggy, rally car and finally speedcar. It lasted just over 2 hours and all the instructors and drivers were very helpful and really encouraging. Lauren in the office was fantastic and also very helpful as was Helen and the guy at reception in the wheelchair. The whole event was just fantastic and well organised from start to finish. In addition there was another event going on at the same venue for people with disabilities including bland people who were driving around the race tracks. It was brilliant to see these people enjoying themselves and doing the things that we take for granted. Again the instructors were brilliant with them and very attentive and took their time.
Well done everybody at Everyman Racing - you are an absolute credit and yes we will be going back at some stage but I would recommend that anyone looking for a good day out go here.

I had a fantastic day the only downside was is went to quickly. The best way to get the best out of the day is listen to what your instructor says. One of my instructors was Lee Johnson Who was precise clear and made even the drive even more enjoyable. Can’t thank the team at Everyman racing enough.

Not told the correct I formation

Tell customers the truth when booking. I was told no ferrari cars available on the day i booked for. Turned up and there were 3 ferrari cars. This was very disappointing for my husband as its his dream car.

Great experience

Great experience! I booked 4 cars for 6 miles each (extra laps are definitely worth it). It was great to drive some of my dream cars. Huge hats off to Kevin who was my copilot in the Ariel Atom. He let me absolutely floor it and assisted me with the best line around the track actively encouraging me to drive to the car’s potential. A great day.
