What a pity
What a pity - bought the first card. Travel company could not use it - don't use virtual cards. Vuelo kindly refunded my deposit after my last bad review and asked me to remove the review. I did that.
Then I foolishly bought another card from them and again, a different travel agent was not able to use the card.
I have now asked for a refund of my second deposit and I've been told that they can't as I've made a purchase!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The whole reason to ask to cancel the account and get a refund as it's more trouble than it's worth - I now await their response as it seems the only time you get anywhere is with a bad review :(

hi i am a family of 4 and i applied for all my 4 family member my 2 daughters wife and me and we have 900 credit score all of us minimum and they declined and said apply after 30 days is there a glitch in the app? or something please? because my brother recommended me this app and when he saw the app was updated he did join and gave him a good credit limit so please i really wish to apply and maybe update the app in the future thanks

Fraudulent account was opened in my name. Nobody responding to my emails or calls to close the account and rectify .
5 days later and still no personal update from Vuelo regarding this matter. Note they clearly don’t take fraud as seriously as they claim to!

I have used Vuelo for a few travel related purchases over the last few months. It is very easy to use and the payment terms are transparent. Anytime I have spoken with customer service, they are extremely friendly and very helpful. I especially love the ability to use one time cards for my travel needs.
