Great service - new mattress purchase
Purchased mattress and we were delighted - not only with the mattress itself but the staff were really great at the Worthing store. Attentive and helpful without being pushy. Would absolutely recommend!

Friendly and efficient service at the showroom, great communication regarding delivery and a very helpful delivery guy.
The mattress is comfortable and a great price.

Excellent service and good range of beds
Excellent service and advice from the sales assistant in Worthing store. Very knowledgeable about the products and listened to my needs. It is a shame however that Dreams try to make a few extra bucks with extras. Delivery is stated as being free (notice on wall stating just that. No T&C stated) however they do charge for a weekend delivery. They will also charge to assemble the bed although this is just a few bolts and push on wheels. What a difference it would make to the service if delivery van left with bed ready for use. Also given a bag to pack the old mattress into after discussing how lumber support required for a bad back. Delivery will be within 10 days so no long wait. Would have given 5 stars but for the extras which I consider should be part of the service.
