Staff in shop and on delivery were great it made the choosing a bed and getting it put together effortless on my part.
All I had do was pay and reasonable cost for bed the removal old bed and assembly of new.

Excellent service
Just bought a mattress and bed frame from Dreams in Worthing, West Sussex.
The choice was great and cost was within budget.
The service received from Lucy was excellent. She was very patient and listened to my needs. Excellent product knowledge.
Would definately recommend.

Well pleased customer.
The Sales Lady who helped me in the shop was very knowledgeable about all the items in which I was interested. The delivery was smooth and the delivery team careful and tidy.

Great choice
I found all the staff involved to be friendly, well informed and efficient. The showroom had a good selection enabling me to choose wisely. The delivery was on time and the bed was assembled quickly. All packaging taken away and my home respected.

Excellent customer service from Steve and Harry. They were professional, efficient, kind and compassionate. 5 star service. They made the process really easy, took care of our flat using shoe coverings. Put a new bed frame together quickly and expediently.

Ooooooh now I am sleeping on a…
Ooooooh now I am sleeping on a cloud…..my bad back is sooo much better in mornings…who knew how much my old mattress was not helping…I am looking forward to seeing more movement in months ahead..Thankyou Fayer for all your help on phone then in store.

Great experience
Really helpful staff! Helped us with the Sleepmatch machine, showed us all our options and explained in detail what the different results meant. Took their time with us and also gave us space to discuss our decision.
