Trying to buy an adjustable bed to suit our requirements was a nightmare - having ordered one once, paying in full, we waited weeks for delivery only to find that they don't sell the product! We went back in to get a refund but the salesman assured us that a similar model was definitely available, so we paid a hefty deposit and waited again, only to be told weeks later that this model doesn't exist! It still appears for sale on their website though! Dreams held £1000s of our for over 8 weeks, and we even had to go back to the store to sort out a refund!! Disgraceful

We are very pleased with our new beds, helpful and knowledgeable staff and the timing of the delivery, which was done carefully.

Great service, plus we had to change the bed as we couldn't get the one we originally ordered up into our loft room

The staff at the Worthing branch were very knowledgeable and helpful. The gadget they had for seeing what type of mattress you needed was very good and found that I needed a firm mattress. After sampling the 3 it reccommended I picked one out and bought it. It was delivered by a very polite and helpful pair of delivery men. After a month it has proved very comfortable and a great improvement on the much softer mettress that I had previously, so I am avery satisfied customer.

Jagoda the Dreams representitive was excellant in dealing with our purchase.She explained everything in detail about the product and allowed us to sample the products.The Dreams company have a system where we could be tested for the type of mattress that would be best for us. We were very impressed with the overall service.

Great service from shop to delivery and construction of the bed itself - friendly helpful staff in the shop, clear communication around delivery and efficiently put together.

Everything from expert advice, on which mattress and bed frame would be suitable before purchase in our local store was excellent. Very friendly sales staff, who offered me a cup of coffee or tea before I made my purchase. The bed was ordered, and a very acceptable delivery date was given. Contact from purchasing was brilliant, right up to the day before delivery, where an accurate 2-hour slot was given,
The delivery staff were clean, smart, and polite. I didn't need their help after delivery, as my wife and I were going to assemble the bed, which was easy with the instruction pamphlet provided. The bed frame itself was in perfect condition and passed our own QC of what I expect a new item should be like.
The mattress is great quality, and value for money too.
I can honestly say that I haven't slept so well for years.
I would recommend Dreams for beds to anyone.

Also their tempur cooltouch original elite was by far the coldest mattress we've tried; as a couple that runs hot at night this felt the best by a mile, and I believe the cooltouch is dreams exclusive.

We visited the Worthing Dreams store, Chloe greeted us and after an initial discussion put us on the mattress matching machine; this have done results which she then showed us and we tested them and make a purchase.
Chloe was a perfect salesperson, friendly, not pushy, knowledgeable and respectful.
Recommended, if you need a bed or mattress.
