Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Went through options and prices along with lead times. Very happy.

Walked in and found exactly the right bed and a special offer on a quality mattress. Raised an order and was off home within 15 minutes. Very happy.

set bed up with storage space underneath so the mattress lifts up on rams the rams are suck solid so the mattress is stuck up in the air. phone help team told me new rams would be sent out next day. Day 3 still waiting

I have been trying to leave a lovely review on the email you sent to me a few weeks ago. The same email would have entered me to win a 55" TV. Unfortunately, after leave my reviews and star rating, the site would not let me go any further and refused to submit!

From entering the store to the completion of the sale the salesman made me feel totally welcome and relaxed. He had a really good knowledge of all the beds and mattresses and took his time to explain in detail which would suit my needs the best. The showroom was bright and airy and well laid out.

Brilliant service in the store and during delivery. Our Tempur mattress is amazing. We wouldn't hesitate to use Dreams again when we replace the beds/mattresses on our other beds.

In store help and advice was wonderful, also offered credit if needed. No pressure.
Delivery was quick and very professional. Called and hour before and arrived within timescale

Mark the manager knew what I needed he was very polite professional and knowledgeable. No pressure to complete sale. An all round great experience from start to finish.

Thank you Maurizio at the Wellingborough store. Really friendly chap, who let us make our own choice, didn’t push and gave us advice on what we were buying. We knew we were going in to buy something that night and it was nice not to feel like he just wanted us on the most expensive mattress, he went through a good number of them before getting to the one we picked. He also tried a few others for us as he thought they may work. Couldn’t fault his service and appreciated the tea and coffee after a late night at work :) thank you!!

Dreams service in store was excellent, they really helped me find the right product for me. The delivery of the product was simple and no effort. My flat was is on the top floor of super narrow stair well, but the delivery team got all the parts up fast with no fuss

Received great customer service from the Dreams store in Wellingborough. The Sleep Master machine was a revelation and made me feel confident that I was going to choose a mattress that would suit all of my needs.

We visited the Wellingborough store with no real ideas in mind but we wanted to upgrade our mattress and get something to help us with our sleeping and our aches and pains. I have rather multicoloured hair and have found it difficult to be taken seriously or listened to when shopping. Roxana approached us when we walked in and she was very friendly and open with us. We explained our situation and she offered for us to use the sleep bed which tracks the best kind of mattress for you and offered my partner a cup of tea/coffee (as I declined anything). Once we had done the mattress test she got a list of our suitable mattresses, handed us some test pillows (with covers) and took us around the store. She explained she will start at the most expensive and work her way to mid range and then the cheapest so we knew where we stood. She was very patient with us and let us try multiple beds and listened to all our questions. Throughout all of this we felt very comfortable and like we were being listened too and not forced into a sale. She then offered me a bottled water which I accepted (amazing touch btw). My partner and I chatted between us and said we would step out the store to discuss finances. Rather than putting pressure on us, Roxana advised it was okay and if we could just pop in to let her know the decision so she could write down what we had discussed before we leave to make it easier if we decided later. Thanks to Roxana my partner and I also decided to buy a bed whilst there. All in all, we ended up with a new bed, mattress, pillows, old bed and mattress removed, assembly, mattress protector with warranties and delivery all sorted. I cannot thank her enough! We have had the bed etc. For 2 nights now and it's one of the best sleeps we have had. She really is a credit to Dreams!

I contacted customer services to try to rearrange delivery slot ad was advised this couldn’t be done. I also advised that I had not received a contact number for the team , as promised. Advisor said they would arrange for this to be emailed to me, which it wasn’t.

The staff were very helpful

First time have used dreams and used the Wellingborough store to look for a new mattress. Mario was very helpful and offered us the dreams sleep match which helped us find the right one for us. Spent more than we expected but with his help and advice have made the right choice without any hard sell on his part.

The Dreams store we called at was excellent in every way, we were made very welcome, made to feel important and felt safe in what was a clean and friendly environment, staff were knowledgeable and interested in our needs without being pushy in any way.

Phoned the Wellingborough store first to enquire which Tempur mattresses were on display and to ask questions about the differences. Arranged to go in to store 30 mins later. Mark the store manager was very good and knowledgeable and so was Sharon.

I am the world's worst critic. However, from the moment I entered the shop to the time the delivery guys left, I was impressed every step of the way and can find no fault whatsoever.

The two delivery guys kept me informed on the day by phone and text and were friendly, polite, good mannered, caring, unflustered, clean, tidy, fast, efficient - just utterly amazing - and I don't mean that lightly - they were a dream come true.

They took their shoes off when entering the house which means they must have been cold and uncomfortable - but they never let it show.
