We find the mattress very uncomfortable and hard. We will be changing it as soon as we can. An expensive purchase which we are really disappointed with - despite using your system for determining which firmness we required.

Therapur Actigel firm response 1000K
Purchased a Therapur firm response 1000K mattress in December 2021, in October 2022 the mattress showed signs of sinking on both sides so I sent pictures of the mattress with a complaint and three months later still not had an answer as to why this has happened and what they are prepared to do about it every time I email Dreams I get the same response my case 88700 is still being worked on. Not happy would never shop at dreams again

A fantastic experience
A fantastic experience with the Wellingborough Branch, in particular Mark the Manager. We went looking elsewhere after visiting and come back to purchase our bed and mattress, really great experience and can highly recommend!

We love our new bed
We had a really great sales experiance and enjoyed trying out the sleep test machine. We love our bed and matress, and the best thing is that all my back and sholder pain has gone since buying the new bed. Love it!

This is a top notch mattress. Extremely comfortable and brilliant quality. No more aches and pains…
I’m very satisfied with the service I received and the mattress I ordered and received. From going through the mattress checker in store I was advised what mattress best suited my body shape and sleep position. Initially I thought I knew which one I would want, but was corrected and I love the one I chose in store. The advisors were very helpful and I love my new mattress, no more aches and pains. Thanks for your help.
