I had a great experience at Dreams, Tunbridge Wells. The sales assistant really knew her stuff! They arranged a delivery date perfect for me, and my daughter loves her comfy bed now!

Everything went smoothly and I was kept well informed.

I have used dreams before and found them very good so used again when I needed a new mattress. They kept me well informed about delivery date and specific time. Team were very professional and friendly. Cannot fault them and would use again.

Mattress Purchase
The salesman in the store was very helpful showing the various options to fulfil my requirement. He understood my needs.
The delivery happened on the expected day, and was actually about 1 hour before the allotted delivery time frame, but this did not present a problem.
Overall a very positive experience that did not break the bank.

Instore purchase with home delivery. Customer service representative Mike was helpful and informative, not pushy at all. The sleepmatch technology is also genius. Love that they can take away and recycle your old mattress.

I was shown round the store at a leisurely pace by a salesman who allowed me to interact with the products without being too invasive as well as providing good and clear advice. I was happy with my purchase and had no problems setting up a payment and delivery. My mattress arrived without delay with plenty of notice of day and time and was delivered with great care. Very pleased overall with service from start to finish.

Wow wow wow. What can I say but absolutely amazing. Bought a bed from them 2 years ago and due to a manufacturing default they issued a new base of our choosing plus an extra 8 years warranty as a gesture of good will. Once I had decided to purchase a new bed, I’ve viewed various locations and decided to go to Dreams. The be the right type of mattress. I ordered a new divan and mattress and choose a delivery date. To efficient delivery personnel took away, my old divan mattress. I install the new one, They said it made it might take a couple of days to get used to it, but no I slept soundly from the first night. I am a very satisfied customer.

Tunbridge Wells store is worth a visit. Helpful and knowledgable staff. Great service
