The whole experience from entering the shop, discussing and then being shown what we wanted, through to placing the order and then the delivery and installation was completely faultless. The whole team were excellent.
The bed was needed for our spare room and has yet to be used but I have no doubt that it will be excellent as well.

The assistant was so helpful. He explained the services and products, gave us the space to try the products and discuss in private. Highly recommend!

The staff at this store are extremely helpful. Mel was brilliant, listened to what I needed and offered advice as to the correct mattress. I did not feel rushed or pressurised at all. I had previously had a bad experience with another company and Mel wanted me to find the right mattress which I have done. Very happy.

Had a previous mattress from Dreams and decided it was time for a new one. No hesitation in choosing the same one it is so comfortable cool in summer yet warm in winter would recommend Dreams to anyone thinking of getting a new bed

Mel at your tunbridge wells store is a big credit to your company.
After receiving awful customer service twice at your crawley branch, resulting in two wrong mattresses purchased Mel went above and beyond to help us with our third mattresses.
Your Crawley branch needs some training from Mel to show them how customers should be treated.

I had such a lovely experience with Dreams from start to finish. From my in store experience to delivery by the wonderful Gary & Craig, who were so communicative, timely, efficient and lovely to interact with. The bed itself is also fantastic.
