Quick and Simple process
Helpful, friendly advice on what beds was best suited for myself, simple and easy purchase process. Delivery was quick, well done and had no issue with the process. The delivery people were polite and had great communication on what was done.

Professional
From the moment I stepped into the showroom a salesman was there to help me choose a new mattress.
This was delivered by 2 men who arrived on time, took their shoes off and left taking my old mattress.

I found Dreams beds to be really good…
I found Dreams beds to be really good value for money. Their mattresses are really good value and much cheaper than other suppliers. The staff at Tunbridge Wells branch were super friendly and not at all pushy. I recommend you use the whizzy machine they have to determine which mattress is best for your needs. Fabulous customer service and a really good experience for purchasing something so mundane but so important. Well done Dreams beds, it was a pleasure.
