After a chat with Dreams with a very friendly adviser my problem was resolved very quickly, looking forward to my new purchase.

Warm welcome received when entering the shop and after receiving guidance on the products we were left to our own devices until we sought help. We never felt under any pressure. Each step of the ordering process was explained and again we were not put under any pressure to add extras. Delivery was quick. However, although the two delivery chaps were very efficient they were not very friendly. Just a minor criticism which would not prevent us from buying from Dreams in the future.

Helpful staff in store. Delivery drivers were polite and helpful.

At this moment in time we are still undecided on a bed but Jack Knapp from the dreams tunbridge store was very helpful and went through the options we had when purchasing our new bed. The best part was that the store was open for longer which seems to be a rarity and being able to come down till 8 was amazing. We had to drive 45 minutes for the luxury of a bed store being open till 8pm on a weekday definitely a big selling point for me!

Polite and friendly service. Ordering procedure was easy. Bed delivered on time. Polite and friendly delivery.

Excellent service in the Dreams showroom, the staff member we spoke with was extremely helpful and attentive and processed our order very smoothly. The delivery date was kept exactly with prior e-mails and a phone call just before the delivery crew arrived. The guys delivering were efficient, obliging and friendly, the total time on site was less than 20 min: I/We would recommend to others with no hesitation.

The sales staff in store were great - no complaints there whatsoever. They took the time to let us try a bunch of different options and were great with the kids while we were there.

When the mattress was delivered though it was a different story. The delivery men refused to either take the new mattress up or bring the old mattress down one flight of stairs because - and I quote, "I haven't paid for it". I just dropped the best part of a grand and they can't help me lift it up a single flight of stairs.

It's left a sour taste in my mouth to be honest and not sure I'll be patronising a business that wants to monetise absolutely everything in future. It's just greedy.

My partner and I were warmly welcomed by staff member Melissa who took us through the sleep test and suggested a mattress that was within our budget. Unfortunately, not many options were actually given to us (whether this was limited or not we don't know) but upon having the mattress for 83 days, we have had to exchange it for another one under the comfort guarantee due to it being too firm. We were also not told that there would be a £95 delivery and pick up charge for the replacement mattress and old mattress (completely understandable) but not happy this detail was completely missed. Luckily, the fee was cheaper than expected but not good that staff members are not telling customers this. Please make sure staff members are informing customers of this as it will mean them taking more time in choosing the right mattress that would not need an exchange. It is quite cheeky not to include it in the sale process!

Good service and good help from the handyman! So helpful and with good manner. They arrive on time and do their work excellent with their professional.

The in-shore help we got from Michael at the Tunbridge Wells store was great and the whole process from purchase to delivery was very straightforward.
