Excellent service

Mel who works for Dreams Tunbridge Wells was ever so helpful as she knew what I was talking about and showed me the bed base and showed me some mattresses I could have.

I chose sleepeeze 12" S Otto base velvet petal and Therapur Actigel Polar 2800 S mattress also chose to have the new bed assembled.

Excellent service from Dreams Tunbridge Wells (Daniel) I was given just the right level of support to enable me to make a decision. No pressure, relaxing calm environment annd a cup of tea. Employ own delivery team who take care, provide mobile direct contact - no needed as all went to schedule. Recycle old mattress option well worth it.

Delivered on day promised and in time slot. Efficient friendly team. Removed packaging and old mattress. Now I have a very comfortable supporting mattress. Slightly too firm at first but now very good.

Reese and his colleague were one of the best most polite and knowledgeable bed specialists I have met. And I have been researching! I love the fact they have visited the manufacturers and could fully explain the manufacturing and supply chain benefits of each brand, thank you

Very pleasant welcome , answered questions thoroughly with superb product knowledge. Wasn’t pushy, lovely cup of tea . Paperwork kept to a minimum, and well explained .
Contact from warehouse double checking delivery details, then call on day of delivery confirming we were first drop ( really useful) . Bed with delivery men to bedroom arrived when promised at 7.30. It was all so so seamless - thank you .
I did wonder who was responsible for such a remarkably high standard of training within the customer journey .

Dealing with Dreams was all round and excellent experience. Dan at the Tunbridge Wells branch was knowledgeable about my needs and the beds we bought are first class.
I must add that Dreams very very accommodating as I had to change my delivery date several times as the purchase of my new home was delayed for many months.

The help in the shop from Michael and the cheerfulness from the lads who delivered the bed.

After a chat with Dreams with a very friendly adviser my problem was resolved very quickly, looking forward to my new purchase.

Warm welcome received when entering the shop and after receiving guidance on the products we were left to our own devices until we sought help. We never felt under any pressure. Each step of the ordering process was explained and again we were not put under any pressure to add extras. Delivery was quick. However, although the two delivery chaps were very efficient they were not very friendly. Just a minor criticism which would not prevent us from buying from Dreams in the future.
