Staff in shop were very helpful, delivery was on time. Quality of the mattress is very good.

The member of staff know the products well. Listed to what we wanted. And helped us to make a choice.

We ordered the Haze sofa bed and couldn't be happier, it's one of best sofa beds for comfort and ease to put up. From ordering, to delivery and us putting together ourselves, our choice, went exceptionally smoothly. Would definitely recommend the 'Haze' and Dreams to anyone. Mrs H Richards

Helpful service and excellent product quality. The only slight downside was having to wait about 3 weeks for the bed to be delivered after ordering it, but that was a short term consideration.

Great bed ,good service, very pleased

Very good, the only problem was we were told by the shop that the topper would be taken but the driver had been told not too. They took the topper despite knowing they would be in trouble over it.

The service was excellent in store and the delivery time was well communicated and accurate. The delivery drivers were very helpful and the mattress is amazingly comfortable

The only problem we had was the delivery was far too early in the morning and we were not offered any choices for changing this.

The service from store and the delivery team was exceptional however the delivery instructions from HQ are misleading. Firstly they say mattress for recycling must be sealed with green bag provided but this was not supplied in advance. The delivery team are supposed to carry spares but how is it possible to seal before they arrive??

Dreams have a good selection of beds and mattresses. We only wanted a mattress. I'm not convinced that the sleepmatch gadget is anything more than a gimmick. It recommended 5 mattresses, but we didn't choose any of them. Maybe it recommends products they want to shift? The one we did choose happened to have a discount, but that did not influence our decision. Our mattress arrived on the promised day and the old one removed and the new one put in our bedroom and all the packing removed. The mattress was harder than we expected but after a couple of days settled down and is now quite comfortable, I think it will improve further.

We had a problem after our new mattress was delivered. We just could not get it up the stair ourselves having said we'd do it. Went back to the store. The "salesperson" could not have been less interested and offhand, bordering on being a smart Alec. Fortunately the delivery drivers were brilliant

I was sent the wrong bed and no one has been in contact to try and resolve the problem. In store they were no help at all and showed little interest.

Great service, the salesman was excellent with just the right amount of help and not trying ti push us into anything, have told everybody I have spoken to his great the whole experience was
