The information and assistance we received in the store was fantastic. Very good and helpful.
I think the lady's name was Shona or something like that, she was brilliant!
Also the 2 delivery drivers were able to tell us pretty much what she had said but again knowledgeable about the product.
The downside is the smell, still waiting for it to clear but having to sleep on it anyway

Great overall.
We were not pressured at all in the showroom, the lady who helped us understood our budget and requirements and showed us our options.
The delivery men were very friendly and helpful.

The whole experience from shop to delivery was 1st class and we are having the most comfortable nights sleep we have had for a very long time. So thank you for a wonderful service and product

The salesmen are to pushy, I did state that we wanted to have a look around on our own for a while, however we were followed and interrupted all the time

Fabulous mattress. Really good quality and yes indeed we have slept very well on it since we installed i nearly 2 weeks ago. Dreams were very good communicators.

The guys that turned up Jess &JJ were amazing came in with over shoes very polite, even put on my old mattress, northing was too much trouble, please pass on.

We were served by a knowledgeable sales lady, Sheryl, she understood what we were looking for and helped us pick a very comfy new mattress. Nothing was too much bother.

Had a great experience on our recent purchase. The staff in the Swindon store were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we were able to order the bed we wanted, at a price we were comfortable with. The delivery experience was excellent, the team communicated well and were very accurate with their timings! They were friendly and dealt with our delivery professionally.

Excellent service from beginning to end. All staff, customer service & delivery guys couldn’t have been anymore helpful.

Very helpful in store advice, no rush or pushy selling. Delivery arrived on time after receiving the texts the day before with a time slot and a phone call on the day 30 mins before delivery.
One minor niggle, the shop forgot to give me my mattress protector on the day and said they couldn’t post it so I had to make another journey to pick it up which I found inconvenient.

I loved my new bed from Dreams
But far from happy with the Base and protruding staples
One of them I cut my finger on quite Badley and others we had to get a hammer and put them in correctly.
What happened to quality checks and checking product was fit for purpose.
Before sending it to the customer ??
