We were warmly welcomed into the shop without anyone being too pushy towards us. We were offered drinks, hot and cold while we were there and was left to have time to ourselves to make decisions without feeling any pressure. I would highly recommend Dreams

Prompt service - came a little earlier which was fine and the guys were very pleasant and helpful.
Bed lovely and comfy- just what I wanted being very firm for my back troubles. The service in the store excellent too. Again helpful, very pleasant and confirmed the order very clearly and concisely. My previous mattress was from Dreams hence I went back and will go again next time.

Robert in the Dreams Swindon Branch was excellent, he explained everything to us and showed us various different options to make sure we were happy with our purchase.
Both the delivery men were also excellent even both wore shoe coverings when entering the property and built the bed in no time and explained all about it to us.
Would recommend them to friends and family.

My wife and I are both disabled which we made reference in the shop, so it would have been impossible for us to do the change-over. Your colleagues appreciated the situation and went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy Throughout the entire procedure we were given the best possible service and to add to our satisfaction, the mattress is superb. The staff were so helpful and knew thier products. Josh was really knowledgeable and offered excellent advice when asked. There was no pressure just the right amount of customer service. Sheryl and the team were great! Good coffee too.

Ordering and delivery was very straightforward. However customer support is terrible. Contacted support due to a fault with the bed, email response was they would contact me within 2 days with an update. 1 week later contacted them again with same response. Another week gone by and still nothing.

The service in the shop was very impressive and the care the staff put in to help was fantastic ever so pleasant and friendly great service
