Fantastic service and very friendly helpful delivery people. They were very professional and did a great job building our new bed. All packaging was taken away with the old bed and wore shoe covers the whole time. They took their time to show me how to open and close the ottoman bed properly too.

The guys who delivered the bed were professional and helpful.

The actual shopping experience was easy and enjoyable and we love the mattress- just so comfortable!
The delivery slot just didn’t happen, although the delivery team were fab, helpful, quick & efficient there apparently had been an IT issue and we waited in all morning for our mid morning slot which just didn’t happen - finally arrived after 1pm. That is the only reason for dropping a star!

Trying the mattress gizmo made it easier to find the right mattress for me. The gentleman in the Swindon branch who suggested I try the Tempur mattress upstairs was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The whole experience was great from the minute we entered the store to the delivery and enjoyment of the product.
The staff member Wayne who sold it to us was helpful friendly and did not pressure us to purchase. He gave us lots of time to look at the bed frames on our own and pointed us in the right direction. We were really pleased with the service. We were kept up to date with delivery and the delivery driver turned up on time and called us in advance. The bed frame arrived in great condition. The installation instructions were easy to follow and we are really pleased with the quality. Finally a good night's sleep. Thankyou dreams!

Arrived as expected time slot. Very friendly, polite gents. Very considerate of property, built beds as requested and removed packaging. Would definitely recommend dreams for purchase and delivery

Dealt with very well by Sheryl in Swindon store. Good advice supplied. Delivered as agreed. We did use there exchange scheme which was simple as unhappy with our first choice. Would be five stars if the second delivery crew had been better. No thought, consideration or care given to what they were doing.

On entering Dreams the first thing I noticed was the friendly approach,no hassle or push to buy a bed.The 3 staff were all smiling and when we told them what we were after,a certain base & a mattress we were shown them. No push to chose different base or mattress and the merits of each one was explained. On going to pay we were offered a cup of coffee and very helpful in going through the paperwork. All in all a relaxed atmosphere.

The shop is way bigger than it looks, it is a proper tardis. The proprietors are very informative, patient and helpful here. We got loads of guidance but none of the hard sell you can sometimes get from the big national stores. Price was very fair, delivery was flawless and so far, so very good. If you are in the market for a mattress you should definitely give them a go.

We are really happy with our lovely new mattresses. After suffering for 4.5 years, this makes us really happy. The firmness is fine, and the delivery was on time. We are back to relaxing comfortably and having healthy sleep. Thanks.
