Salesman was knowledgeable but refrained from the "hard-sell." He neither wheedled nor pushed but was friendly. Quality of mattress is excellent and delivery was fast and efficient. Absolutely no complaints.

Very helpful in store and on delivery.
Very helpful in store, delivery arrived at date and time promised. Even sent a second vehicle, as part of the order had not arrived at the depot when the main part of the order had to leave. The second vehicle came straight here and all the order arrived at the same time. Old mattress removed new bed and mattress delivered perfectly.

Excellent service
Really happy with my new divan and headboard. Delivery service was great too, giving you a 2 hour slot, they also rang 30 minutes before that actually delivered. Excellent service

Excellent service from Dreams team at Stirling. Just recently taken delivery of our new divan bed and awaiting a new headboard.
Found one of the 4 drawers in the divan bed is not opening. Reported to branch and awaiting contact from Customer Service.

I ordered a bed i was told it…
I ordered a bed in October was told it would be 8 weeks so we paid our deposit and awaited our bed. We got an email in December telling me good news order is ready for delivery I had to choose delivery date I was directed to pay balance which I did, when I went to pick the slot for delivery it said not available, I telephoned the shop where I purchased the bed (Stirling) to be told 50 had been delivered but I was not one of the 50.
Now we are half way through January now to be told we would be lucky if we get it for March. I have now cancelled it and the refund is not what I paid they have taken off pillows I did not ask for and a difference of £30.00 for what I do not know. So be very vary when buying a bed at Dreams they say there beds come from there workshop in West Midlands this bed I got was coming from China. Not a happy customer

Really great sleep after adjusting to…
Really great sleep after adjusting to new mattress 😴. Only one small concern is the new mattress smell has not gone yet and we are nearing two weeks. Trying to leave bedroom window open every day.

Excellent seevice
Received a text giving my 2 hour time slot, and the guys phoned to give a time and arrived promptly.
Excellent service from the 2 guys that were building the bed, and they took a the rubbish away with them.
Only took them 45 minutes to do the job from start to finish.

Dreams personal were on time and accomplished their job with minimum disturbance they were dressed with the right footwear and uniform and cleared off all the Unwanted material after the job was completed. Thank you.
