The Dreams shop in Stirling was so helpful and friendly but not in your face sales like other shops. Got the exact firm double mattress that we needed and excellent delivery. Would highly recommend Dreams for no pressure but genuine sales skills.

Friendly Staff who know their products
Staff clearly knew their products and guided us through the options quickly and efficiently including timing on when the relevant offers were applicable from and to. A pleasant experience and would recommend a visit to Dreams to anyone considering a bed or mattress purchase as opposed to 'running the online gauntlet' for these type of products.

Staff were friendly, helpful, knowledge, willing to offer a discount, did not get defensive when i explained i was going to look online at competitors prices, and were willing to look up answers to very detailed questions I had about the guarantee.

The delivery and assembly was excellent…
The delivery and assembly was excellent very efficient and tidy the bed in itself is very good but the massage for the back and legs is very poor almost non existent the TV is fine just some issues with accessing the surround sound every time you turn it on, I do not have a separate invoice for the TV which is deemed as a commercial TV for the warranty which is supposed to be for 3 years

Fabulous customer service. The staff in store couldn't do enough to help me find my perfect mattress.
The mattress itself is amazing. I've had uninterrupted sleep every night. It was great value for money and worth every penny.

I wasn't told at anytime the bed had to…
I wasn't told at anytime the bed had to be unpacked and assembled. as i was disabled at that time (the reason for buying a new bed) this caused great problems as i live on my own. Would I buy from Dreams again? only on the basis of my complaint I would re consider

Mattress is higher than i expected but getting used to it.Main problem is the topper appears to make the bed width narrower so doesn`t feel like a kingsize bed . Sleeping partner is too close and makes our night`s sleep less comfortable. Will be exchanging it for this reason. Otherwise very comfortable.
