Good service and customer focus
Excellent service in store when choosing and eventually buying the mattress.
Brilliant communication pending delivery and on delivery day with very friendly staff who delivered the mattress and put it on the bed. Excellent service all round well done Dreams I would highly recommend.

Not prepared to assemble bed for 81 year old lady…
Dreams delivered a bed to my frail 81 year old mother today. She paid an extra 140 pounds for a mattress and bed removal. Which is obviously a nice earner for the company. Considering her frailty and the extra custom for bed removal, it was very disappointing that the delivery drivers didn't assemble the bed or unwrap the mattress. Apparently it wasn't on their list and were running late. What happened to human kindness?

Stained mattress which apparently i should be grateful for
We received our mattress which was well priced. We were not at any point told we were receiving a returned mattress. The mattress came with a stains on the sides (the check sheet seems to suggest they checked everything) they clearly didn't.
The driver that came thought it was also part of his job to make an unnecessary comment on the 'big TV' we had. Its called saving up ... I called Dreams once mattress was opened and was basically told what do you expect if it was so cheap (as to suggest stained mattresses are the norm). I then had remind the man on the phone that we were never informed the mattress was clearance or a return. I found his attitude to be quite unhelpful and aggressive.

I am sorry to hear that your mattress was marked. If the mattress was purchased as return or ex-display, the discount would be significant to reflect that the mattress is not brand new and subject to imperfections.

Fantastic all round experience with Dreams!
Went into the shop to look at new mattresses, but with not much idea of what we needed apart from just that... a new mattress! Hollie was extremely helpful and popped us safely onto the "Sleepmatch". What a giggle that was! She very kindly got us both a drink whilst we were giggling like school kids being measured for the right mattress! We then were shown ideal ones for our individual needs with no pressure.
We were back within the month to purchase one and it was safely delivered the following week by two wonderfully helpful guys.
My partner is currently on deployment, so they very kindly carried my old mattress downstairs and put it in my car ready for the tip. Couldn't have done it without them!
Just need my partner home to enjoy it too... however, I've loved being a starfish on it already 😂
