I am satisfied with my purchase. The driver communicated and arrived on time. My purchase was well packaged and I am enjoying it.

Had 3 people to build my bed which took no more than 10 mins. Very professional put covers on their shoes, very courteous.

Sally in the Stafford branch was great, really helpful, polite and friendly. Quick delivery and delivery men were respectful and friendly. Bed is lovely and easy to assemble.

Got to be the worst quality beds I’ve seen , my wooden bed had broken down the centre after a few months , just from normal usage , I had to build a wooden support brace underneath untill I bought a new bed, they use cheap wood to produce they’re beds which are poorly constructed and after paying nearly £500 I would not recommend to anyone , dreams are pretending to be high end but they’re beds say different, cheap beds that last as long as beer in a boozer .

I found it extremely easy to purchase a base with drawers and mattress. The staff were knowledgeable and offered advice when requested.. The purchases were delivered on the date and time quoted and the delivery team kept me informed throughout. The men were respectful to my home and wore overshoes when entering.

We arrived late just on a whim as we wanted to test out some mattresses. We were greeted by the lovely Sean and he made us feel very welcome. He offered us drinks and talked us through everything they had to offer with the sleep match, worked to my budget to find me my perfect divan and mattress. It was a lovely experience and we greatly appreciated him going through the transaction with us even though it was late in the day and the store was closing soon.
