From the moment we walked in the store we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. Excellent sales assistant, excellent diagnostic bed and choice of mattresses. The mattress we purchased has changed our lives - my husband had a bad back before but that cleared up instantly we started using the new mattress. It is soooo comfortable and well made. Excellent all round.

I am very pleased with my new bed, it's comfortable and looks good and the storage is very useful. All members of staff were friendly and helpful and the delivery went well, my bed was put together and the old bed and mattress taken to be recycled in less than 1hour. Thank you, I will definitely recommend you.

I had a wonderful experience at Dreams of Stafford today thanks to the helpful and friendly service from the shop assistant Mina. She was affable, attentive and knowledgeable about the products, and went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Her positive attitude and professionalism made shopping easy and enjoyable. I will definitely return here for any further matresses or pillows that i need. Highly recommend! Kev

Great service although mattress delivery was separate from bed delivery but fortunately the same day.

The courtesy show by the sales assistant, Mina was exceptional. She has excellent knowledge of the goods on sale and explained the procedure down to the finest detail.

Bought bed with built in TV. Tv bracket wasn’t working on delivery and now having to wait a for further 2 weeks to even have an inspection of the problem. Poor service, poor quality especially for £3000 bed.

Whole process was seamless from ordering in store to taking delivery . The delivery guys even put my mattress back on the base so I didn’t have to struggle

Really lovely mattress ,never slept so well. Holly the assistant who took care of my needs was excellent also the delivery men were also helpful and friendly ,taking care with the covers on their shoes . It’s all the extra care that everyone takes makes the whole experience perfect. Thank you

Excellent service by the 2 delivery drivers. We ordered a bed settee and were offered free assembly which was great as it meant we didn't have to struggle. They also took away the packaging which was another plus. All in all I can highly recommend Dreams for their excellent customer service.

Delivered ontime & without any hassle. Live in a one way street, which normally causes issues with large deliveries.

Following a complaint I made and a review Dreams contacted me about my problem.
My mattress was out of the one year warranty but was faulty. The response I had was immediate, Dreams complaints team supplied me with a new mattress. I would like to give a big thank you to Kishan who was outstanding in dealing in this matter. I would highly recommend Dreams, the service I received was second to none.
