SO helpful and patient as I tried out various mattresses, and listened to my needs regarding price. I didn't make a decision my first visit but when I returned about a month later was served by the same person who amazingly remembered a lot of the information from when I had visited and we were able to pick up from where we had left off. And all of this service was done with a smile throughout.

Second visit in just a couple of weeks due to doing our bedrooms up. Everything from the visit to receiving the delivery was perfect. Quality of the beds is excellent too. You certainly do dream on the beds. Fabulous beds. Do like the way you can test out which mattress is right for you on the dream tester machine

We were made very welcome. The gentleman that served us was lovely, he offered us refreshments and he wasn't pushy. We would definitely go back.

Ashley was a friendly and approachable salesman who made the whole experience easy and comfortable. He gave us the time we needed to make our decision without any pressure, and ensured we were completely happy with both the mattress and bed frame. His thoughtful gesture of offering complimentary pillows was a pleasant surprise and added to the positive experience. My partner and I left the store very satisfied with our purchase, and thanks to Ashley’s excellent customer service, we felt even more confident in our choice.

Absolutely fantastic service from Ashley in St Helens, very friendly and informative, great to get on with and he has made our day with the purchase of a recliner bed , my wife has serious back issues and it will make our lives so much better, deal done in half hour and we left the branch delighted... You can't believe how much a difference it will make in my wife's quality of life and wellbeing...thank you 👍

I didn’t have any issues with the installation. They arrived 30mins early and took about 30 minutes to install and took away all the packaging

I just want to thank Dreams for my new mattress that was delivered yesterday. I've had the best night sleep I've had in ages. I called in the showroom a week ago and spoke to Ashley. I told him all about my woes about a recent experience with another bed shop in Ashton. He then took me around and showed me all the 'medium' ones and told me about each one. After my recent disaster he was so kind as to point out the ones he knew I deff wouldn't want. I eventually settled on a Burford which was within my price range. It is lovely and comfortable. Thankyou so much Ashley. Dreams really are the best!!!

From point of sale to having the bed installed everything went smoothly. The salesman in the store was a lovely down to earth man who wasn’t too pushy but provided us with all the information we needed. The men who delivered the bed were friendly, polite and efficient. Dreams kept us regularly informed of delivery times. We were made to feel like valued customers. All in all a great experience. Oh and we love the bed.

Excellent quality product and a great price. Delivery team were excellent too !
