Helpful, friendly and found a solution for us!
We visited the store when the sales were on and noticed the bed that we had picked was reduced in the sale by £300, we wanted to take advantage of this but explained we were moving into a new build and couldn't guarantee when we would be moving in. The sales assistant was so helpful recommending that we pick a delivery date as far out as the system would allow and then amend past this date at least a month before delivery if we weren't ready. This was a perfect solution and allowed us to take advantage of the sales. Our bed has been delivered and we love it!

Helpful staff
We were unfortunately involved in a house fire and lost all our furniture. Our house has been basically rebuilt. We ordered our bed to be delivered on a certain date. However we had to change the delivery date three times due to the fact the building work was taking longer than planned. Each time we went to the store to change the date, the staff were extremely understanding and helpful. They changed the date for us willingly.

[RESOLVED] Incorrect item delivered, had to pay for redelivery
Ordered a new bed in store, employee was helpful and friendly, they confirmed the bed etc. upon check out, however incorrect bed was delivered. (ordered a Tedley, got a Maitland). Delivery took 3 weeks, we now have to wait another 3 weeks for collection and redelivery of the correct mattress, I understand mistakes happen, what I don't appreciate is having to pay £38 for redelivery for a mistake that wasn't mine.
UPDATE:
After being contacted by Dreams, the redelivery fee was refunded. Great after-care support.

Quinn was an absolute star
From walking into the store to be greeted by Quinn at the Liverpool Speke store, to then not having to worry about delivery and assembly when my mother suddenly had a heart attack, I can not fault anything from the quality to the service. Everything was brilliant. The only reason I haven’t wrote a review sooner is through no fault of theirs but just because of life being too busy. The service was honestly so good that even months later I’m still thinking about how pleasurable the experience was.

A store that wins out over online every time!
Our experience buying this product was exceptional. Quinn was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. We are furnishing a new home and fully intend to return for further purchases. Highly recommended for people with accessibility in mind, understanding staff and respectful attitude.

Therapur Actigel Polar 2600K
Purchased a Therapur Actigel Polar 2600K mattress from Dreams, New Mersey Retail Park, Liverpool.
The Sales Advisor Niamh was fantastic - very knowledgeable and professional. She showed us a large selection of mattresses suitable for our needs after using the Sleepmatch machine. We didn't feel pressured to buy and all in all it was great experience. The mattress was delivered within days and is a very comfortable mattress.
