Love our bed
Love our bed! So comfortable, loads of storage space, Dreams was dead easy to use and order, the value for money was excellent. We were seen by an expert in selling, really friendly and helpful and knew exactly what we needed.

High quality service from start to finish
Speke Dreams Liverpool from start to finish where brilliant. I was kept informed throughout, I had to change my delivery date few times and they ensured it wasn’t a problem, very helpful.
Guys who set up the bed and Tv was brilliant helpful and great lads.
Very happy with Dreams will use again.

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. The assistants looked after us amazingly. They explained all the different options in bed frames, mattresses and accessories. Their knowledge was invaluable & their attention was second to none. Came away happy and content about our purchase and would highly recommend.

Excellent customer experience
Cannot recommend Dreams highly enough. From start to finish we felt listened to, no pressure to buy, loved the ‘sleep machine’ that helps choose your mattress and the friendly and professional sales colleague Tim, who helped make spending many so enjoyable!!

Best so far Dreams -Speke
We went there second time and both time it was 5 star customer service from all team specially Laurie, she was extremely helpful and gave us perfect idea what we really needed, not paying extra amount of ££££ grate discount and in perfect timing, pleased with a choice thanks to her. Can’t recommend enough.

Excellent service and product knowledge…
Excellent service and product knowledge from all the Dreams colleagues at Dreams in Speke, Liverpool.
Everyone went above and beyond and the customer service was excellent, as were the latte and cappuccino coffees provided during our visit.
Thank you Ian, Tim and the young lady that gave Jane and I the perfect experience.

We purchased a mattress which was…
We purchased a mattress which was delivered two weeks ago. The mattress is very comfortable, but our bed frame is very high, so when we sat on the edge of the thick mattress we felt we were slipping off the edge. We decided to change the bed frame to a king size and Dreams changed the mattress for us to a king size/ Excellent service.
