It was very good
It was very good. Eloise was very helpful and understanding. My husband is disabled and in a wheelchair and she could not have been nicer. Understood what we needed and answered all our questions carefully and did not pressure us to buy. Very good service.

Lovely+comfy.
I have had the bed for 3 months now and have to say,it is the most comfiest bed ive ever owned.it is still nice and firm,no dips etc,and welcomes you in.5*+ from me.

So simple
Choosing our bed and mattress from Dreams couldn’t have been easier. We already knew the mattress we wanted, so we declined the offer to try out other mattresses. The member of staff who dealt with us was very friendly and welcoming. She also had a good knowledge of the beds etc, available. The bed and mattress arrived on the date scheduled and we were kept up to date on its progress. The delivery team contacted us on the day of delivery and confirmed what time to expect them. They were also very friendly and had the bed brought in and assembled within 20 mins. I would highly recommend going to Dreams for your next bed or mattress. Probably one of the most stress free purchases we have ever made. PS. We are extremely happy with our purchase. Zzzzzzzzz

From the minute I walked into Dreams I felt respect and support from the staff member dealing with me. We discussed my options to enable me to make my choice. On the day of the delivery the team arrived. They were in and out in no time. The bed was put to gether and the old bed removed. The whole experience was first class from start to finish.

Just what we needed
Just what we needed! My wife suffers the after effects of a car accident & needs the added support given by an orthopedic mattress. Our previous one needed replacing & the new one makes such a difference. The only problem is that with the mattress topper its so tall she needs needs a step to get into bed!!

Amazing service
From start to finish the salesman was excellent and very knowledge. He made the process enjoyable and was not pushy at all.
We chose our new bed.
Bed arrived on time, the delivery men were amazing, nothing too much trouble and very friendly.
We highly recommend dreams speke.

Exceptional
I went to Dreams after having a nightmare experience with another bedding company,who only delivered part of the bed and after 2 months of messing about couldn’t give me any idea of a delivery date. I went to the store in New Mersey Retail park and was served by an absolute angel by the name of Quinn. She was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. She even sorted me out with an air mattress to make sure i had something to sleep on while i was waiting for delivery of my new bed. The delivery went smoothly and the two men who delivered the bed and put it together were very efficient and pleasant. I would highly recommend Dreams and will use them again if I ever need another bed
