We had a great experience. Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We are so pleased with the bed & mattress we bought. It is perfect and really helps with my physical disabilities. We wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase a bed now.

Sales man ian was very helpful gave us the best advice took us around the shop to test the different mattresses that were suitable for us definitely reccomend dreams to go for your bed

Delivery was spot on and on time

Whole process was simple and straight forward, was guided through the whole process and felt comfortable choosing the mattress for me. Delivery was quick and suited to me. Definitely recommend Dreams and will shop there again

Excellent friendly and efficient service from walking into the shop to delivery, assembly of beds and taking aqay packaging and old beds.

Excellent product and great customer service from initial enquiry at shop to the delivery team who made sure that the assembly of new product and removal of the old product went ahead smoothly. Friendly and helpful team. Highly recommend.

From the minute we stepped into your dreams shop in the retail park in Speke liverpool we were greeted with smiling Happy staff. We explained what we wanted as my partner and myself are both disabled pensioners and the staff were extremely helpful. Very good service from a very nice group of staff my rating for this shop and staff would be 10 out of 10.wonderful shopping experience.give the staff a wage rise because they all deserve one thankyou DREAMS for a wonderful shopping experience and the mattress is wonderful 😀 once again THANKYOU

i got some ones else mattress i put it on my bed tried the mattress out 2 hrs later the delivery people came back and said it was not mine mattress the re bag it and delivered my mattress that was del to someone else house this is poor service they dont know wheat they are doing and they must of been in a hurry as they delivered my bed 2 hrs early than what they said

My mattress is lovely. I had a firm one, needed soft to medium, it's so comfortable. Would recommend Dreams

The staff at the Speke branch of Dreams are fantastic, especially Niamh/Nieve.
She was extremely helpful and gave me all the help you could possibly need.Also gave me options and told me about promotions currently in the store..

Everything went exactly as promised.Delivery was on time and assembly was just 30 mins. So pleased with our purchase. Really comfortable and the ability to adjust the sleeping angle so beneficial. The old bed was taken away as promised.Installation team most helpful. Foot protectors worn throughout.

Great service, lovely product

We had a great experience as the customer service from your sales assistant, Quinn, was 10/10 - we were shown which mattress suits us best and most importantly found one within our price range. We were greeted straight away yet also given enough time to ourselves to browse, offered a drink and used the Sleepmatch experience which was unlike any other in shop experience, and offered pillows when testing the beds which made all the difference. Delivery was arranged and Quinn went over and beyond to arrange this as we were a little out of the catchment area.
